There are many wedding photography option's to consider, and it can feel like a lot, right?

Every photographer is different, making comparisons can be tricky. You want simple, great, and reliable photos. Someone who's got loads of experience under his belt, gets along well with your suppliers and guests, and is always ready with the skill's to capture your day. Well... You've found me!
I recognise that all couples are not the same. Some of you maybe more comfortable around the camera than others, you maybe more openly romantic than others. So that's why my approach offers you the opportunity to have wedding photography coverage that does OR does not include couples shot's.

I have been a wedding photographer now for almost 10 years. I capture weddings that are fuelled by true authentic moments and emotion, paired with beautifully shot details. Where love and family is at the heart of a wedding day. From weddings that are not bound by strict rules, where traditions and customs are at the heart of your roots as people. Where you are the true to the essence of your own love story and unapologetically you on your wedding day.

My wedding photography at its core is documentary, with rich classic tones and nostalgic vibes. I provide two different approaches for wedding photography “Nostalgia” an option that is pure documentary and the “Hollywood” option which keeps the documentary approach but I can also incorporate classics and timeless couples shots into the mix. I also have a signature style of Films that keep things elegant and classic.

But at the absolute base of it all… I love working with couples who are essentially looking for the day to be documented just as it happens - with a teeny weeny bit of subtle mood. I'm best suited for couples who are light-hearted, easy-going, wildly in love, and who aren’t afraid to let loose and have some fun. Weddings are one of the most important times in life and if you are excited about that - you’ll have me buzzing in the same way also!

I have a love for family roots, the solidity that marriage brings to your life, and of course, not forgetting photography! I capture moments that are authentic, genuine, and unscripted. My style and tones are crisp, rich, and full of nostalgia. I use natural light for portraits and also use direct and off-camera flash techniques to make images pop, ensuring they have longevity for years to come. Unlike many wedding photographers, I am not a preset or filter warrior. I prefer to keep things as close to real-life colour as possible, and I also have a fondness for black and white.

Typically throughout a wedding day, I won't get in your way; I will keep to myself. I like to chat with folks from time to time, but I'm never going to ask you or your guests to do anything that makes you feel like you're acting. It's all about just being yourselves. Except, of course, if people during family portraits look like rabbits in headlights - I might try to mix it up then. I'll guide you all through family shots and if you choose the "Hollywood" option guide you through own couple shots.... leaving you, Mum, and Nan with something beautiful for the wall.
