In May 2023 we had the honour of having our wedding at the delightful Highbury Hall. The customer service was outstanding from our initial enquiry right up to the last moment of our special day. Sam Forth was amazing and supported us throughout our entire wedding journey of planning and organising. She was extremely thorough and always very responsive always at hand to assist or advise. All the staff were wonderful and very attentive, especially on the day of our wedding. Everything went exactly to plan even the tiniest little detail was executed to perfection. In our opinion, Highbury Hall is the most beautiful wedding venue in and around the West Midlands every inch of it is pure class and elegance, simply stunning. Moseley’s hidden gem! On the morning of the wedding, I arrived in my wedding car to be greeted by the Sam and the staff waiting at the entrance, it was so emotional, I felt like and absolute Queen entering the castle. They then took me to see the ceremony room and reception hall. It literally took my breathe away, I have never seen anything so beautiful!! They had done a magical job. The staff looked after myself and my bridal party with such genuine care and affection. They explained to my little page boys and flower girl exactly what they needed to do and even calmed me down during my melt down right before I had to walk down the isle. The order of the day went exactly to plan once again thanks to the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff. The quality and presentation of the catering was no other than 5*. All our guests have not only said it was the best wedding food they have had, but they also said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Our overall experience was excellent and by far exceeded our expectations. It was the best day of our lives and if we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing! Highbury Hall is the best wedding venue, and we would highly recommend booking your wedding with them. Not only do all the staff know exactly what they are doing, you can clearly see that they are happy doing it, nothing was ever too much trouble. They are an absolute credit to Highbury Hall. Thank you to the entire team for making our dream come true.
