From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent and the whole team made the planning process feel so much less stressful. Anna, Andrea and especially Ellie were absolutely incredible. They were always available to answer questions, offer advice and help us navigate all the little details that go into planning a wedding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their experience and knowledge gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that the team had everything in hand. They were professional, organised, accommodating and genuinely cared about making our day special. What really stood out was how effortlessly they made everything look. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing, and that level of expertise is priceless when you’re planning one of the biggest days of your life. We cannot thank the team enough for helping create such a wonderful day. If you’re considering Cockliffe Country House as your wedding venue, book it- you’ll be in the very best hands. ❤️

We had our 20 year vow renewal at the Double Tree by Hilton Nottingham on 2nd May, right from the beginning of inquiring to book Fiorella has been fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and made it happen. She kept in touch with me at all times and made the whole experience a good one. Kris was the man in charge of our day and the night before he allowed us to set the room up how I wanted it and was so lovely. On the day he came to fetch me from my room and made me feel at ease. He handled the whole day professionally. The room looked amazing. I’m so glad we had our celebrations here as we’d had our wedding here 20 years ago. Everything was organised and the staff was brilliant. I was sad after it was over as they all made it so special. All the guests said how great it all was. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone considering booking for their wedding.

My daughter had her wedding here on Saturday, from start to finish it was fabulous. Room looked stunning, food was spectacular, both day and night. Special mentions to all staff who were polite, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Holly who ensured the room looked as stunning as it did! Thank you so much!

Colwick Hall Hotel was the best wedding venue we could have asked for! The price was extremely reasonable and for the service and food they provided it was an absolute steal! Geetha was so helpful when it came to helping us organise our day and answering my (many many many) questions, and Hari the duty manager on the day was a godsend! He even set aside a plate of canapes for me to make sure I got some during our busy cocktail hour. I couldnt reccomend this place enough. We also stayed the night before and after our wedding. The rooms included breakfast are amazing.

I highly recommend this incredible venue. We used their Sapphire package with 16 guests (has capacity for 25) and it was so intimate yet so special. The small ceremony room looks gorgeous when decorated, the food wowed all our guests, and the staff were so attentive. We used some little upgrades - a champagne drinks reception, a cheesecake tower, and an evening buffet. They make the perfect combo of an affordable day for a small guest list whilst still making you feel like a million dollars!

We got married here last year, we had a lot of issues due to covid but they were very adaptable and accommodating. We had a fabulous day and it was very well organised. Our guests had nothing but compliments to the chef as the food was amazing and the two Helens who worked that day completely made our day and evening run so smoothly.

The most incredible venue! We were over the moon with our micro wedding at Langar Hall. Lisa organised everything beautifully, the setting was gorgeous, the guests loved the food, the staff were warm and everything went perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better day! On behalf of myself and my husband, we just want to say what an amazing day we had at Mour for our wedding day on Friday 25th October 2024. From start to finish the day was so smooth and all the staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Thankyou to Linda for always keeping us in the loop on everything that was happening and always having the best interest of us at heart. We can’t fault anything, the food was incredible, the staff serving was so polite and fantastic to our guests. The suite looked absolutely beautiful from start to finish and it was more than we could have ever asked for. We will never forgot our special day and how perfect it was. We definitely recommend Mour to future engaged couples. The pricing is spot on for packages you can receive and the communication between all vendors was stress free. We had our wedding at the Holiday Inn Nottingham in November and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. We were lucky enough to be one of the first couples to use the brand new Marina Suite, which was absolutely beautiful and ideal for our celebration. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly – thanks in large part to our amazing wedding coordinator, Charlotte. Nothing was too much trouble for her; she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right and that we felt completely at ease throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. The food was fantastic – our guests are still talking about it! The service from all the staff was exceptional, and we felt so well looked after. Many of our guests stayed overnight and loved their rooms, and the following morning we enjoyed a private breakfast in the Marina Suite which was a lovely touch and the perfect way to end the weekend. Thank you to the whole team at Holiday Inn Nottingham – we truly had the best day of our lives!
