We got married here at the end of the pandemic and throughout the process the hotel were flexible, supportive and did everything we asked and more to make our wedding the best experience ever. We were in contact with Louise who was the events coordinator at the time (don’t know if she still is) and she was incredible. The hotel were really approachable and our decorators, photographer etc all said how well they communicated and how friendly everyone was. We had a sit down meal and 2 years on people still say the food was the best they’ve had at weddings. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Myself and my wife had our wedding reception at Delta Milton Keynes, 4th June 2022. It was a dream day for us, everything went to plan This was down to in no small part to the brilliant planning, client management and 1st class delivery of Charlie Smith and her team over an eighteen month period. The pandemic provided several issues particularly with communication, furlough availability and hotel accessibility, but I have to say she managed everything in an unbelievably professional way. Her ability to understand and deliver according to our needs was exceptional, helped along by a high level of emotional intelligence. Since the event, we have had to communicate the with the hotel for one or two other related reasons. Although the job was done so to speak, Charlie still reacted in a thoroughly professional manner as if we were still active clients, something we have both found to be highly impressive. As for the venue, that also matched our expectations. The room was very well situated and backed up by suitable breakout areas around the hotel where our guests could retreat to talk, drink, smoke or just have a break from the music if they wanted. Hotel staff were always available when needed, but not noticeable when not, which is how anyone would want their day. Catering was spectacular and appreciated by all, but strongly recommend that you wear loose fitting clothes to the menu tasting as everything presenting needs finishing! I could go on and on, but overall would say that we were spectacularly satisfied with our choice!

Wedding at Hotel La Tour: We recently got married at Hotel La Tour (6th August) and all I can say is that I can't recommend Alex and the team there enough! From the beginning, Jodie took our original request and was extremely helpful in guiding us with how the day would look, and what would be included in the package. Once the wedding details were handed to Alex, it literally felt like we were the only couple she was dealing with, and that no query was too big or too small to deal with. She was extremely quick in replying (which helped save a lot of stress!) and every time I had a random thought, I knew I could pop it over to her and get a response within a day. Alex was extremely organised prior to the wedding and in our meetings was always so helpful and happy which made our experience so much easier! When it came to the wedding day, we couldn't have asked for a better person to arrange everything! From dealing with the suppliers direct, to helping with food service, to staying after her shift had finished to do what she could to help, she was just absolutely amazing! From the moment she came to my room to say 'don't worry about anything now and just enjoy your day' she was absolutely right! We were able to enjoy our day knowing that everything was taken of, and the food was absolutely amazing too! We can't thank Hotel La Tour and Alex enough for making our big day as special as it was!

Hello Jenade, I hope you are well. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and Rob and everyone at The Crowne Plaza. There is not one bit of the day and evening that I would change. Everything was so perfect from the time we got there until the time we left. We really were looked after. Kieran and I will come in soon for dinner to reminisce. Thank you so much again. This review is long overdue! We would like to thank Emma & her team at the Kings Arms for making our wedding day so memorable. The venue, food, even the weather (in the end) were all fantastic! We had many compliments from family and friends, and could not have been happier the way the day went. Many of our guests stayed over in the hotel, and were impressed with the quality of the rooms, and enjoyed a great breakfast the next day. Plenty of parking made everything that much more convenient. Thank you again!

We recently got married at this venue on 1st March 2014 and it was amazing. The venue has been rebranded by Mercure and the refurbishment has turned it in to a high quality, chic, up to date hotel. All staff were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile, nothing was too much! The wedding co-ordinator Beth is very easy to talk to and open to suggestions/ideas. On the day I had a fantastic lady called Das who overseen everything and she was faultless. All guests were impressed with the food which is top quality and plentiful. Evening buffet was perfect.

Thank you to everybody at Denham Grove for making our day so special. The food was wonderful and the rooms looked lovely. Would definately recommend this venue!

Villiers was the perfect choice for us!! We had such a wonderful day with many fantastic memories. Ellie made us feel relaxed every step of the way and was always happy to help with any problems, big or small.The day ran smoothly and that was all down to the great planning and help of all the staff at Villiers.
