The team at Heaton House Farm are amazing, from having food whilst getting ready, to making the timing absolutely perfect to our soundtrack when walking down the aisle. Our events coordinator Chloe, was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail and care, I had such a relaxing day and was able to enjoy every second because I knew everyone at Heaton House had everything sorted for us! The food is also amazingggg! Everyone says to make sure you eat on your wedding day, but I never had to worry about that, the team make sure you get your canapes even whilst mingling... and the views as well! We had such a beautiful sunset! We couldn't of asked for a better day!Heaton House Farm Wedding Venue's reply:

The best day of our lives
From start to finish everyone at Heaton House Farm have made the whole process a dream. The minute we viewed it we fell in love and knew it was our venue! The planning process has been so straightforward and I never felt stressed! All the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them! On our day we had the amazing Anya as our coordinator. Not only is she a wonderful person, she kept us all so calm and it helped so much! I cannot recommend Heaton House enough! It’s a beautiful place, stunning views, wonderful staff, just to name a few! Thank you for making our wedding day truly the best day we have ever had. The Best Day of our Lives
From looking round the venue to our wedding day, the whole experience with Heaton House Farm has been effortless. The venue are so organised and responsive, it takes a lot of stress out of the process of organising your wedding. Our wedding coordinator Anya was amazing and the day ran so smoothly, we did not have to stress or think about anything. We could just enjoy what was the best day of our lives. The venue itself is beautiful with different options of where to hold your ceremony to suit each couple's vision of their wedding day. The venue is spotless and all the staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day possible. Me and the bridal party loved getting ready in the pamper room, it just made the day extra special to have that time there and means you are not stressed on the morning of your big day. The bridal suite is simply stunning, with views of the countryside in the sunshine. You must have a photograph in front of the giant tree it is simply spectacular! There are no hidden extra costs, so you can keep track of your budget. Guests commented how gorgeous and well organised the day was. There never felt like there were any lulls in the day. Everyone had an amazing time.

Amazing experience
Heaton House were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Harriet was assigned as our Co-ordinator and was incredibly helpful all through the planning process and in particular on the day, ensuring everything was exactly as we planned. We didnt have to think about anything on the day as it was all covered. All of our friends and family absolutely loved the venue, commenting on the amazing scenery and how the day flowed so nicely from room to room. The dining room reveal in Steeles Barn was amazing!

Heaton House Farm was the first place we looked at straight after getting engaged. A few people said don’t just go for your first venue but we HAD TO! It was perfect from day one.
I’m so gutted that our big day is over now because our day was nothing short of magical and I wish we could relive it over and over again!
Harriet, we don’t know how to put into words our thank you to you! You did an outstanding job and we are truly so unbelievably grateful!!
You were amazing at organising everything and you’re just genuinely such a kind and lovely person! We are so thrilled you were our co-ordinator! Everybody said they loved Heaton House and it was such an amazing venue! They said all the staff were amazing, that it was fantastic to actually go somewhere that was well staffed and so attentive! Everybody LOVED the food, especially those with dietary requirements (myself definitely included)!
Heaton House is just the perfect venue. It has so many options for ceremony spaces, loads of supplier connections, experience events and just the most incredible team. Honestly I really wish we could do it again! We will definitely be coming back for an anniversary picnic because we would miss it so much!

Tonisha Sent on 27/05/2025The wedding of our dreams made possible at Heaton House Farm
We had booked our wedding 2 years in advance and had been able to book and plan things from the day we booked! We had our own dedicated planner and despite the wedding being so far in the future, the team at HHF were able to help with all queries no matter how small.
Our wedding coordinator, Harriet was there to support us on the last few months run up to the wedding and booked in support calls and appointments to see if she could help us with anything. We had a lot of allergies, disabled guests and adaptions that we had to make and the team were incredible and supported all guests that attended.
A specific quiet zone dedicated for people that needed a few minutes away from the loud party mean that all our guests felt supported and the team made sure that all guests were happy and catered for.
The team even helped us book our meal at the Knott inn pub and co-ordinated the booking to make sure all dietary requirements were catered to and everyone had such an incredible night before the wedding too.
The venue is beautiful and so picturesque, the rustic style building with the natural landscape makes for a beautiful wedding day and evening and even better pictures. We absolutely loved our special day and couldn't have done it without Harriet and the HHF team.Heaton House Farm Wedding Venue's reply:

Stunning views and amazing staff.
Heaton House was the absolute perfect venue. All of our guest complimented how nice the venue was, the stunning views we had during our day and the amazing food we were served. Our coordinator Anya was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us organise the day in the best way we could have imagined. A beautiful venue!
Heaton House was the first wedding venue myself and my husband went to view and we completely fell in love! Heaton House gave us the wedding of our dreams, creating the most memorable day for us both.
Harriet our wedding coordinator couldn’t do more for us if she tried, she made our wedding day run so smoothly allowing us both to be stress and worry free! Harriet really goes above and beyond, ensuring my wedding dress and veil was protected from rain puddles, by carrying my train and hiding behind me in photos - if this doesn’t scream best coordinator ever, I don’t know what does!
Heaton house will always hold a very special place in our hearts, as well as family and friends.
