My dream renewal was to go to Scotland and get remarried in the church that Jamie and Claire were married. When I tell you, I took a shot in the dark to see if the venue was available and it was. Kelly was one of the nicest people I've ever met, she gave me all information on the Kirk and made sure we were taken care of. This venue is reasonably priced and is breathtaking. This was a dream come true and I will never forget it. Thank you in making my special day unforgettable.

Where do we begin?

We fell in love with the Old Kirk as soon as we saw it, and it certainly didn’t disappoint on our wedding day! From start to finish, Glencorse House was the most stunning, perfect venue, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing it for our wedding.

Kelly took over as our wedding coordinator while we were planning our big day, and she was absolutely fantastic. She always responded quickly, clearly answered my hundreds of questions, and made the whole planning process feel so much easier. On the day itself, she was calm, reassuring and organised, ensuring everything ran seamlessly while making us and our guests feel completely looked after.

The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The Old Kirk is so atmospheric and was the most beautiful place to say “I do”. We were able to access the marquee the day before to set up our tables, and Alasdair, the owner, was always nearby if we needed anything.

Alasdair was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He was approachable, flexible and always happy to help. The onsite accommodation was another huge bonus and we’d highly recommend booking the cottage and pods for your guests - they made the whole weekend even more special!

We also had a change of caterers during the planning process, but Saltire were excellent. The food was outstanding, and so many of our guests commented that it was one of the best wedding meals they’d ever had.

Overall, choosing Glencorse House was one of the best decisions we made. Alasdair and Kelly make an incredible team, nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely care about making your day everything you’ve dreamed of! We can’t thank them enough for giving us the most wonderful wedding day!!

Had the most amazing wedding at Glencorse House. We stayed at the cottage which was cozy but big enough for the bridal party and family to get ready in the morning. The Kirk is beautiful and comfortably fit our 75 guests. Alastair was great and ready to let us into the cottage and venue to set up and take our items away. The day went smoothly with Kelly guiding guests and helping our grandparents up to the Kirk. She was brilliant at answering our questions and providing recommended suppliers. We had saltire catering which were professional and provided great food and guided the band to set up in the marquee . The day was fun, stress free and so memorable on the beautiful grounds.

Wow what a venue, we had a day we shall treasure for the rest of our lives at Glencorse House and Kirk. The Kirk is perfect for a wedding just the right size it can be as intimate as you want, we had our nearest and dearest by our sides the whole ceremony and there was still space for more if required. Nothing was too much trouble for the venue, when we needed access or if there was any questions or clarification needed it was promptly answered by Alasdair. The grounds and the Kirk are simply stunning for a wedding especially for the photographs and I can't recommend the venue highly enough. Can only thank them again for all their help & hard work in helping getting us married in such a special place.

Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better wedding venue! You were all so lovely, and everything went seamlessly. The whole venue was decorated so beautifully, all our guests were so impressed with the food, and the drinks at the bar were superb too. Thank you for all your hard work that goes on behind the scenes, both in the run-up to the day and the day itself, it really was appreciated. You genuinely gave us the happiest day of our lives, and we have nothing but fond memories.

Glencorse House & Kirk was the first wedding venue we went to view and we knew instantly that this was the perfect venue for us! The Kirk is a beautiful place to get married in and we had so many compliments from our guests. We had the most amazing day and everything ran so smoothly thanks to Sarah and her team who were on hand to help whenever needed, both on the day and the run up. The chef, Paul, ensured that all details were organised well in advance and the food tasted absolutely delicious- again with multiple compliments from our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and the service provided at Glencorse was amazing – we would highly recommend this venue to any couples looking for a stunning venue to host their special day.
