Country Wedding Venues in Herefordshire

From our first viewing we knew we would get married at Broadfield. From the cosy fire lit lounges and the extensive grounds, to the aisle in the woods it is truly breathtaking. With 9 bedrooms and potential to add 3 more with the coach house, organising is made easy. We started our celebrations on the Friday evening, having a celebratory dinner with 24 close friends/family. Suppliers are all checked by the venue prior to the date and they can all come to Broadfield, removing all the stresses of travel! The attention to detail from the staff was second to none meaning that our wedding day went smoothly with nothing for us to sort. Helen and the team were wonderful, from first meeting to check out. Ensuring we had everything we need. When hiring Broadfield you not only hire a wonderful venue but also a well experienced team and wedding planner. Our friends and family loved Broadfield and I'm sure this won't be the only time we stay. Thank you Broadfield, for helping us to have the woodland wedding of our dreams.

From the first moment we viewed Glewstone we fell in love, the venue and the team are both amazing. They pay so much attention to the little details, and provide so much reassurance to aid to a beautiful day. We had a 48 hour package and it’s was perfect, the team helped you bring stuff in and set up and made the process enjoyable. The night before we had a meal with our nearest and dearest and the food was incredible so many people commented on how good the food was, the venue and Charles! Everyone commented on the staff as a whole the ability to go above and beyond. Sam and Charles made sure we were kept in the loop at all times nothing felt rushed and everything was thought through! Though the bar is small you would never think it the service was so fast and efficient. We couldn’t recommend the team and venue enough, they are so accommodating and thoughtful! They will come to you before you even know they are needed. Amy is also incredible she would be on hand answering any question big or small always providing recommendations making wedding planning a breeze, Honestly we couldn’t recommend this team and venue enough. Thank you for making our day and weekend special.

We booked Crumplebury for our wedding in June of this year. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. The venue is set in the Herefordshire countryside, surrounded by sheep and fields & provided the most stunning backdrop and views for our special day. The venue handled all the catering and the food was exceptional. They provided us with a three-course meal during the daytime and an evening BBQ (perfect for the summer day). We were able to work with the chef to create a menu that was tailored to us which made the experience unique. We were also able to have our own cocktail station for our guests which went down a treat! The events team were outstanding! Shauna, our main events planner, was fantastic from start to finish. She was always friendly, supportive and on hand to ensure the day ran seamlessly. Lily was also brilliant in the lead-up to the wedding, answering all of our questions promptly and helping us feel completely at ease. Casey was also brilliant and one of the reasons we booked Crumplebury as our venue. Being the first person we met at our initial viewing, Casey was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable whilst showing us around the venue. We felt as though our wedding would be in safe hands! On the day itself, Shauna and Lily both worked tirelessly to make sure everything flowed perfectly and we could not have asked for more. Crumplebury is a fantastic venue with a dedicated team who truly care about making your day unforgettable. We could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Crumplebury!!

We had a wonderful day at How Caple Court, and Vanessa and Roger were there throughout, discreetly making sure all went smoothly. In the months before the day, they were available to discuss plans, show us the dining area, dance floor, gardens, lawns, terraces. We had games on the lawn and plenty of scope to wander and meet the peacocks. The gardens are lovely, there's loads of parking, nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a delightful time. We'd all come again if only we weren't already married!

We cannot recommend The Causeway enough! Even my auntie who doesn't give out compliments readily said our wedding day was "just so perfect"! We just had the absolute best day and we cannot thank Annmarie and the team enough. They were so helpful and friendly and made the whole wedding planning process so easy. Everything went according to plan and we were able to customise and personalise so much of our day so that it truly felt special for us. Our wedding was in May 2025 and the weather was perfect so we were able to have our ceremony on the balcony, get some amazing photos out in the grounds throughout the day and have fireworks in the evening! Each area of the grounds has something different to offer and we now have the most beautiful photos that we will cherish forever. So much is included in the wedding package and the price is so fair compared to other venues in the area. I highly recommend checking it out for any event, not just weddings (can confirm their sunday roasts are also amazing - thanks Elijah) We are so grateful for our perfect day and would rate more than 5 stars if we could. We have recommended to everyone we know and will continue to do so.
