The estate has been created with an obsessive eye for detail, from the spectacular setting and interiors to the sense of space, privacy, and exclusivity that comes with having the entire place as your own.

The accommodation is a destination in itself. Across seven beautifully designed properties, 24 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms are arranged around a gorgeous central courtyard, creating the feel of your own private country retreat. Expect top designer fabrics, carefully sourced antiques, original exposed oak beams, beautiful oak and limestone floors, huge log burners, and handmade beds designed exclusively for Fairoaks, dressed in sumptuous bedlinen. It’s luxurious without being stuffy - characterful, tactile and seriously comfortable.

From October 2026, up to 48 guests can stay on site, making Fairoaks perfect for a full wedding weekend rather than simply a single day. Celebrate with a blessing or celebrant-led ceremony at the estate, or make it legal at nearby Ledbury Registry Office before returning to your private escape. There’s space for stretch tents and marquees, outdoor dining, bands, DJs, and late-night entertainment, giving you the freedom to create a celebration that feels yours completely.

And Fairoaks is still evolving. Coming soon is a beautiful private lake, a woodland wellness retreat with sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, plus a spectacular new function space in a converted barn with floor-to-roof glass, expansive terraces and incredible countryside views.
