Julie was honestly the most lovely person and had such a calming and caring nature that it really helped keep me calm the morning of the wedding. Julie did makeup for myself (the bride) and 4 of my bridesmaids as well as MOG. She made sure all the girls felt happy with their looks and really listened to their wants/needs etc. I would highly recommend Julie and would book her again for sure if needed.

Juile was great, from the trial to the big day, there were a few changes alone they way, adding people , people dropping out , Juile just took it all in her stride . Julie was a real find.
She was very understanding at the make-up trial and produced just what the bride wanted (a subtle and flattering finish which created impact but she still looked like herself). Julie was happy to do a few tweaks when asked as well.
On the wedding morning, we had a very tight schedule and there were 5 of us for make-up, each with our own requirements and preferences. We were all happy with the results and all happened according to the timetable.
As mother of the bride and someone who usually wears very little make-up, I was pleased with the subtle yet effective result.
The bridesmaids preferred more of an impact with their make-up and were also happy.
Julie fitted in so well that it felt like she was part of things without being in the way. We were all at ease and chatting while make-up was done.

Julie did my makeup for my wedding in 2024 as well as my bridesmaids. I felt really beautiful. Julie did a look that transitioned beautifully to the evening and was there on the day in plenty of time to get us all ready. The trial was done at my house which made it very easy for me to make the time to have this done and Julie made any tweaks I needed.

I booked Julie for my wedding make up artist after many recommendations. I was not disappointed!

Julie initially asked me to collect pictures of the styles and type of make up look I liked ahead of my make up trial- really good idea!
Julie also gathered more info about the style of wedding I was having that helped narrow down (with her wealth of experience) a couple of options for me and also my mum.

On the day Julie arrived in good time together with her box of tricks that meant my makeup didn’t shift all day! She also gave me a bit of lipstick to top up my colour as the day went on.
Helpful tip she shared was whilst I wanted a natural look there had to be enough colour for me not to look washed out in the photos (photos apparently drain your colour - who knew!)
