Dating back to the 13th century, this historic stone building has scenic views of the Derwent valley and Crich Stand from its hillside site. A centre of community and culture, modernity and history are blended seamlessly within its walls, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family to celebrate your love.
Facilities and Capacity
Seating up to 75 people, the charming hall is bright and airy with high wooden-beamed ceilings, beautiful exposed stone, white walls, long church windows, and colourful tiles. Although the interior looks enchantingly traditional, underfloor heating, a small kitchen, WiFi, and inclusive toilet facilities are all available. Sneak away to the garden with your photographer for cherished portraits with a lush green backdrop. Parking on site is limited but extra capacity can be arranged nearby.
Within a short walk is the small parish church situated by scenic trout ponds.
In the village there are two campsites and plenty of holiday accommodation.
