Wedding Speeches

Please give feedback if you can it will be gratefully received, my wedding is in May so plenty of time to change it if need be.

"As you both sit side by side through this roller coaster of life remember to scream through the peaks, hold hands through the dips, laugh through the loops and enjoy every twist and turn for the ride is better because you share it together."

Total run time was around 12mins. 

"When I was younger, I could always crawl in her bed when I was scared of the movie that I said I could handle. Okay, maybe I still do that now and then."

I selected bits from other speeches I found on this site and added bits of my own.

Was well recived. got alot of nice coments back.Was told it got a few tears. used this sight to Help write it. Pinched a few lines. So posting it Hopeing it helps another new farther

I wanted to do something a bit more "me" for my speech as public speaking makes me very nervous. I seemed to hit the right balance of humour and sincerity and was pleased with how it was received. The only thing I am not able to show here is that one verse was accompanied by photo of a scone... you'll just have to imagine that bit.

So pleased that my speech went down so well. My daughter was quite emotional about what I said so that makes me feel like the speech set the right tone. The really funny stories were soon to follow with the Best Man speech. Now that can't be published here!
