We can't thank Freya enough for her help, guidance and fabulous taste when designing our wedding, and executing it. We already had an idea of we wanted, but without Freya's subtle yet high impact choices of candles, colours, tumblers and napkins, it just wouldn't have looked anywhere near as good. She was invaluable throughout the run up, day before prep and of course on the big day. I trusted her choices and decisions implicitly, which meant we could relax and enjoy our day. She has such a calming yet happy presence and her passion for weddings shines through in everything she does. Freya, thank you so very much. You made our day even more perfect than we could have hoped

Dami was more than a planner, she is an all rounder. She made sure my wedding was all I envisioned together with her team. Her responsiveness to all the situations that came up helped a lot, she is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry which eased all my anxieties. Their attention to detail and thorough questions made me feel at ease handing over my big day. The result was amazing. All my guests felt at ease and feedback has been great! We had the pleasure of working with Emma from The Wedding Synergy for our big day in April. From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible! Emma really knows her stuff, there’s no problem she can’t fix. She also had some amazing ideas that we hadn’t thought of (for example, the groom having an entrance dressed as Spider-Man) to ensure our day was as amazing as possible. Emma has such a calming presence too, which is super helpful in the stressful times running up to the day. Honestly could not (and wouldn’t have wanted to) do this without her. Rachael has been truly amazing. Her and Alison ensured that our wedding day went so smoothly that I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. The communication in the lead up to the wedding was so great and she ensured that she was constantly up to date with any changes so that it could all be left to them on the day (we had lots of meetings/phone calls/texts/emails all the way through and it would take such a weight off my shoulders every time I spoke with her). Both such friendly, professional and enthusiastic people who clearly love what they do and are so passionate about weddings. Any problems that arise they are straight on it to ensure you can enjoy your day without any worries. They were there to set up on the morning to ensure all suppliers knew where to go and what to do etc… Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. It really is worth the money to ensure someone can take the stress off your shoulders and ensure you have the best day. Thanks so much to both of you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. You are truly the best in the business & delivered a day that we will never ever forget & we know it would not have been possible without you. You have gone from strength to strength since Jan 2022 when we booked & it has been incredible to see & to be part of. We will be cheerleading you on as your business continues to thrive! Hiring Lindsay as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made with our wedding. We got married at a church and then had the reception at my parents in law’s home with yurts in the garden. We realised about a month before the wedding that we could only do so much planning in advance, and that we really needed someone’s help on the day to make everything run smoothly. Lindsay helped us so much more than just doing that though. Hiring Lindsay was by far the single best thing we spent money on for the wedding. At a time when we were feeling incredibly stressed with planning, her amazing energy, expertise and focus on what we wanted to achieve immediately put us at ease. Lindsay gave us a huge amount of support in such a short space of time, from sorting all suppliers, holding the most organised of pre-wedding meetings with our wedding party, and even coordinating our mothers decorating the hallway! On the day there was a lot going on, with so many suppliers and being held at a home rather than a traditional venue, and we honestly don’t think it would have been anywhere near as amazing without Lindsay. Lindsay snuck us around the back of the house for our arrival and confetti throw, she organised our sparklers walkway (and stopped anyone from setting me alight!), sorted out any little issues that arose and just generally made our dream wedding day a reality. Lindsay’s work meant that our wedding day went exactly as planned, we couldn’t (and still can’t) believe how everything came together so perfectly. We are still on cloud nine since our day, and our wedding would in no way have been as amazing without Lindsay’s involvement. If you are considering hiring Lindsay we would 100% recommend her, she truly made our day.
