Got married recently, and in the lead-up to the wedding, we were both extremely nervous and stressed about managing such a big event. The pressure was overwhelming until we found Emma, the director of The Wedding Synergy. Meeting Emma in person was a game-changer. From the moment we met her, all the stress and pressure on my partner evaporated. Emma turned out to be more than just a personal assistant; she was an angel who guided us through every step of the planning process. Her expertise and support were invaluable. Not only did Emma help us achieve the dream wedding we wanted, but her prices were also very reasonable. In fact, I believe she could be charging much more for the exceptional service she provides. Rachael and her team were absolutely amazing at making our dream wedding come true and we truly had the most perfect day. Rachael was the main person when initially planning, she was great to bounce ideas off and due to her extensive experience she was able to advise if our ideas were achievable, she also offered her own ideas which was great. On the day Rachael and her team were just amazing, always making sure we were looked after, making sure we were fed and had a drink, something I didn't know was part of their service but was blown away by. For the running of the day, all sorts must have been going on with vendors arriving etc but we were completely unaware as it was run so smoothly. Rachael showed professionalism and had contact with all vendors prior to the big day so everyone knew what was happening. Rachael went above and beyond at making sure we had a wonderful day. She brought energy and positivity to the day which shone through. She has been there through the ups and downs that can happen in life on top of planning a wedding and it has been lovely having her in our lives on this journey. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are having a DIY wedding, we could not have done it without her. Value for money was very good, I remember my now husband being skeptical about having a wedding coordinator but after the first meeting, seeing how reasonable prices were and the package they offered he was completely sold and looking back now he is so glad we went ahead.

Our wedding day would not have been anywhere near as good without Rosie's planning skills and advice. Rosie thought of things we'd never even considered, and all the little touches that made such a huge difference. On our wedding day we could totally relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that Rosie had everything in hand. I cannot recommend Rosie Green Events enough!!

We booked Helen as our wedding planner for our wedding in June this year! From start to finish Helen helped to ensure the wedding planning process went as seamlessly as possible and our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for all the help and support Helen provided behind the scenes liaising with our suppliers, helping us choose and book suppliers and managing our many queries. She was on hand all day on our wedding day itself. We can’t thank her enough!

If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. You are truly the best in the business & delivered a day that we will never ever forget & we know it would not have been possible without you. You have gone from strength to strength since Jan 2022 when we booked & it has been incredible to see & to be part of. We will be cheerleading you on as your business continues to thrive! Hannah is simply extraordinary. We worked with her for over a year to plan our marquee wedding in Lincolnshire, and from start to finish she was nothing short of exceptional. She thought of absolutely everything – from coordinating dozens of suppliers to managing complex site logistics – and did it all with calm professionalism, endless energy, and genuine warmth. In the lead-up to the wedding, she was a constant source of reassurance and support. No request was ever too much, and she was always available, always on it, and always one step ahead. Hannah was also a complete hero on the ground. She spent two full days on-site ahead of the wedding, ensuring every detail was in place. On the day itself, she was there from sunrise to 4am, and didn’t leave until the marquee was spotless. Her dedication and work ethic are unmatched. Her legendary function sheet ran to over 50 pages and covered every single detail – it became our wedding bible. Thanks to Hannah, the entire experience felt smooth, calm and completely stress-free. We genuinely don’t know how we would have done it without her. We cannot recommend her highly enough. If you’re planning a wedding – especially a marquee or outdoor celebration – you need Hannah in your corner.

Steph was absolutely amazing!! She was so organised, helpful, communicative and supportive, and has impeccable attention to detail!! We had on the day coordination and Steph went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly, from a site visit 6 weeks before and helping us set up the day before, to putting together the most amazing on the day schedule and coordinating all of our suppliers. You can tell that she really cares and puts so much effort into making the day perfect, and she is so friendly, personable and fun to work with! 100% would recommend.

I worked with Siân on a wedding where we provided the bar and drinks service for the day in Wakefield. Siân was so easy to work with. Her communication with us prior to the day was clear and concise and was always on hand with any enquiries we had about the day. Siân was responsive, always replied, always picked up the phone, just so easy to work with. Thank you so much for all your help on the day and I look forward to working with you again soon. We booked Ellen via our venue, Camblesforth Hall and Grange. We had a meeting with Ellen 8 months before our wedding to ensure we had everything in hand then another meeting a month prior to go through a few things. She helped us with our timeline and ensured all the suppliers knew when they were coming on the day. We met with Bex the day before our wedding and again it was supper helpful. On the day Bex was super amazing knew where to put everything and was just super fun, we had a really lovely wedding and I don't think it would have been anywhere near as good if we didn't have Ellen/Bex involved, thank you so much 🥰
