Got married recently, and in the lead-up to the wedding, we were both extremely nervous and stressed about managing such a big event. The pressure was overwhelming until we found Emma, the director of The Wedding Synergy. Meeting Emma in person was a game-changer. From the moment we met her, all the stress and pressure on my partner evaporated. Emma turned out to be more than just a personal assistant; she was an angel who guided us through every step of the planning process. Her expertise and support were invaluable. Not only did Emma help us achieve the dream wedding we wanted, but her prices were also very reasonable. In fact, I believe she could be charging much more for the exceptional service she provides. Rachael and her team were absolutely amazing at making our dream wedding come true and we truly had the most perfect day. Rachael was the main person when initially planning, she was great to bounce ideas off and due to her extensive experience she was able to advise if our ideas were achievable, she also offered her own ideas which was great. On the day Rachael and her team were just amazing, always making sure we were looked after, making sure we were fed and had a drink, something I didn't know was part of their service but was blown away by. For the running of the day, all sorts must have been going on with vendors arriving etc but we were completely unaware as it was run so smoothly. Rachael showed professionalism and had contact with all vendors prior to the big day so everyone knew what was happening. Rachael went above and beyond at making sure we had a wonderful day. She brought energy and positivity to the day which shone through. She has been there through the ups and downs that can happen in life on top of planning a wedding and it has been lovely having her in our lives on this journey. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are having a DIY wedding, we could not have done it without her. Value for money was very good, I remember my now husband being skeptical about having a wedding coordinator but after the first meeting, seeing how reasonable prices were and the package they offered he was completely sold and looking back now he is so glad we went ahead.

Steph was absolutely amazing!! She was so organised, helpful, communicative and supportive, and has impeccable attention to detail!! We had on the day coordination and Steph went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly, from a site visit 6 weeks before and helping us set up the day before, to putting together the most amazing on the day schedule and coordinating all of our suppliers. You can tell that she really cares and puts so much effort into making the day perfect, and she is so friendly, personable and fun to work with! 100% would recommend.

We booked Ellen via our venue, Camblesforth Hall and Grange. We had a meeting with Ellen 8 months before our wedding to ensure we had everything in hand then another meeting a month prior to go through a few things. She helped us with our timeline and ensured all the suppliers knew when they were coming on the day. We met with Bex the day before our wedding and again it was supper helpful. On the day Bex was super amazing knew where to put everything and was just super fun, we had a really lovely wedding and I don't think it would have been anywhere near as good if we didn't have Ellen/Bex involved, thank you so much 🥰

Hiring Lindsay as our wedding coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made with our wedding. We got married at a church and then had the reception at my parents in law’s home with yurts in the garden. We realised about a month before the wedding that we could only do so much planning in advance, and that we really needed someone’s help on the day to make everything run smoothly. Lindsay helped us so much more than just doing that though. Hiring Lindsay was by far the single best thing we spent money on for the wedding. At a time when we were feeling incredibly stressed with planning, her amazing energy, expertise and focus on what we wanted to achieve immediately put us at ease. Lindsay gave us a huge amount of support in such a short space of time, from sorting all suppliers, holding the most organised of pre-wedding meetings with our wedding party, and even coordinating our mothers decorating the hallway! On the day there was a lot going on, with so many suppliers and being held at a home rather than a traditional venue, and we honestly don’t think it would have been anywhere near as amazing without Lindsay. Lindsay snuck us around the back of the house for our arrival and confetti throw, she organised our sparklers walkway (and stopped anyone from setting me alight!), sorted out any little issues that arose and just generally made our dream wedding day a reality. Lindsay’s work meant that our wedding day went exactly as planned, we couldn’t (and still can’t) believe how everything came together so perfectly. We are still on cloud nine since our day, and our wedding would in no way have been as amazing without Lindsay’s involvement. If you are considering hiring Lindsay we would 100% recommend her, she truly made our day.

Keri was absolutely essential to our wedding day. She kept everything running so smoothly and took all the stress off our shoulders. Any little hiccup that came up, she handled instantly and with such calm, reassuring professionalism. She was truly wonderful, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone - especially for on-the-day coordination. When making a checklist, make sure you add Keri to it!
