Occurelle

Occurelle is a wedding planning and coordination business based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, working with couples across Yorkshire and beyond. I’m Rosie, and I launched Occurelle because I believe planning a wedding should feel exciting, not like taking on a second full-time job.

The idea grew from planning two very different wedding celebrations of my own, held one week apart in spring 2026. The first was an intimate celebration at a boutique hotel in York, followed by a huge party (with all the best bits of another wedding!) the next weekend. Creating two occasions with completely different atmospheres showed me that there is no single formula for a brilliant wedding. What matters is that it feels completely right for the people at the heart of it.
My background in agency PR has taught me how to bring lots of moving parts together, communicate clearly, and keep a strong sense of the bigger picture. Those skills now shape the way I plan weddings, helping me create celebrations that feel thoughtful, personal, and beautifully considered.
I offer full wedding planning for couples who want support from the very beginning. Partial planning is available for those who have already made a start but need help bringing everything together, while on-the-day coordination allows couples to hand over the logistics and be fully present at their wedding. I also offer focused Strategy Sessions and an editable Wedding Bible for couples who want practical guidance while planning independently.
Working with me is calm, collaborative, and reassuring. I’ll help you make confident decisions throughout the lead-up, keep everything moving, and quietly take care of the details that might otherwise pull you away from enjoying it.
My approach considers how a wedding feels, not just how it looks. The atmosphere, the flow of the day, and those personal choices that could only belong to you all matter. Every planning and coordination package also includes The Afterglow, a collection of candid iPhone photographs and short clips delivered the following morning, so you can relive the moments you might otherwise have missed.
