Between 2013 and 2017, Helen was house manager and wedding curator at Rise Hall, a Grade II stately home owned by celebrity Sarah Beeny. Helen oversaw its transition from a newly renovated property to an award-winning wedding venue that hosts up to fifty weddings each year. During this time, she honed her meticulous management skills and gained invaluable experience in the wedding industry.

Helen is an incredible wedding planner!

We booked Helen as our wedding planner for our wedding in June this year! From start to finish Helen helped to ensure the wedding planning process went as seamlessly as possible and our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for all the help and support Helen provided behind the scenes liaising with our suppliers, helping us choose and book suppliers and managing our many queries. She was on hand all day on our wedding day itself. We can’t thank her enough!

True professional, passionate and a lot of fun!

I have worked in the wedding / event industry now for many years, there are few shining lights out there, the "top of the tree" type people. Helen is one of the very few that are the true shining lights of our industry.

Yes she is a friend but more than that, for the lucky people that choose Helen, they are promised her heart and soul, nothing less, Helen thrives on her work, she loves her job and it shows in everything she does. She also has a fabulous sense of humor too, so you will have the added bonus of fun along the way.

If you want a true industry professional that will guide you along your planning journey, have fun and build a great friendship then Helen is your answer.

Helpful, positive & focused

Helen coordinated our wedding in 8 weeks when I decided to change our venue. Helen made it happen, she is extremely focused, helpful, positive (when I didn't think we'd get a registrar) and very professional. I was in such a flap at the time but Helen has a structure that covers everything. Helen is a good listener, she is calm and puts everything into a wonderful perspective. Helen made our planning stress free given we had 8 weeks. She recommended a wonderful team too from photographers, florists, party planners (for decorations), caterers and more. All of which were equally professional and of a high quality standard. Suddenly our wedding planning was totally stress free. When you're working full time it's hard to find the time to think of everything. You want your wedding day to be perfect and Helen certainly helped us achieve a magical day. Helen is an endearing person, it's a blessing to know her. One of a kind. You won't go far wrong working with Helen.

Highly recommended

I'm delighted to recommend Helen's wedding and event planning services, after she was our on-the-day wedding co-ordinator for my daughter Sophia's wedding to Ben just under 2 years ago at the Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate. I met with Helen a number of times in the lead-up to the wedding and she was always super efficient, warm, approachable and couldn't have been more helpful. I started to hand over to her in the 2 or 3 weeks before the wedding and the feeling of having Helen on board during that time and especially, of course, on the day, was one of utter relief as I knew we were all in extremely good hands! She managed to sort out a mini-crisis for me only a couple of days before the wedding and she handled everything on the day with calm, co-ordinated efficiency to ensure all ran smoothly, leaving me and the rest of the wedding party free to enjoy the day without having to worry about a thing. She has a lovely warm and caring nature which makes her perfect for this job. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and urge anyone looking for a safe pair of hands on the most important day of your child's life not to look anywhere else! Thanks so much once again Helen! Xx

Great attention to detail

When we were a year or so away from our wedding day we realised that two folk who didn’t enjoy planning weren’t going to manage to create the day of their dreams. Not without some divine intervention! I took to the internet and found Helen Davies – wedding concierge. On first contact with Helen we immediately knew that we had found a woman we could do business with, Helen immediately put us at ease. She was interested in us and helped us explore what was REALLY important to us. After just an hour we were much clearer about what we dreamed for. Helen started to help us understand what the priorities were – starting with a venue search. Second best was never good enough for Helen, even when that meant her regular suppliers weren’t up to the mark. We always knew we were THE priority. Helen’s attention to detail, even when we didn’t realise it, played a huge part. She was meticulous and was always available to check in and problem solve. We never had any worries and actually started to enjoy the planning. Needless to say the big day was better than we could have dreamed of. This was ABSOLUTELY due to Helens support, guidance and diligence. We will never forget how she made our dream day a reality.

Lovely & passionate

Helen came over to visit us today, what a lovely and enthusiastic lady who is very passionate about her career in Wedding Planning and would be of great value to any couple. Helen can save couples time and money and, of course and most importantly, stress in creating the most important day of your life. An amazing wedding planner

What an amazing wedding planner! Helen is professional, personable, warm and had the genuine intent of making our day as special and memorable as possible. We felt in safe hands during the lead up to our wedding day, with Helen ensuring everything was covered and always being available to listen to our worries.
