Absolutely amazing to work with
What can we say! From start to finish Katie was amazing. As soon as we had our first call we knew she was the perfect fit - you can just tell she gets it. From that first chat, to our conversations throughout the process, to our meeting at the venue, to the actual day...we could not have done it without Katie - it would not have been the day it was without her. To trust and just know that someone, who is so on top of EVERYTHING, is there for you is the best thing. Katie was knowledgeable, organised and thoughtful. She was warm and friendly but also stepped in and took care of things as needed. We also really appreciated that she encouraged us to hold true to "our" day and our vision and what that meant to us.
Having Katie there was a sigh of relief. We both felt like we could really relax and that we didn't have to worry about anything because we knew Katie had everything under control. Everyone continued to comment on how calm we both were! Honestly, if anything did go wrong we had/have no idea because it truly was the most perfect, seamless day.
We cannot thank Katie enough, you can tell making the day feel special and genuine to the couple while also making sure they have everything they need and that they are happy and having fun is what truly matters to her. You made our day truly special (and flawless) and you were absolutely amazing to work with. THANK YOU! -

Impeccable Wedding Planner
We originally hired Katie back in 2019 for our wedding scheduled for July 2020 at St John’s College, Oxford. That didn’t end up happening due to the pandemic, and after multiple postponements due to COVID restrictions and military commitments we finally got married in August 2023.
Katie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. During the stress of the pandemic she was such a calming voice of reason, and her experience and knowledge was invaluable in helping us to reschedule with our vendors. Her knowledge and contacts of wedding suppliers for the Oxford area is unparalleled and we were thoroughly satisfied with everyone who we hired that she recommended.
Katie worked flawlessly with our venue to negotiate every element of our day, and she was not afraid to push back to ensure that our vision was achieved. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Katie’s impeccable co-ordination and foresight.
We are so appreciative of Katie’s patience and understanding during our wedding planning process and we could not have done it without her. If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator then you will not find a better one than Katie ☺️ -

If you’re are sure whether you need a wedding planner or not, you absolutely do!
We worked with Katie on our marquee wedding. Her knowledge of suppliers was super helpful during the planning process, and her expertise in the days running up to and the actual wedding day itself really showed.
We didn’t need to worry about a thing on the day and it really allowed us to just enjoy the occasion. Thanks Katie ! -

Katie is an exceptional wedding planner who brought our dream three-day wedding extravaganza to life. Over the course of a year and a half, she was an unwavering pillar of support, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our day was perfect.
We interviewed many wedding planners when we first got engaged, but from our very first interaction, Katie’s warmth and professionalism avoided seeming “commercialised” and instead put us at ease and made us confident that we wanted to work with her. Weekly conversations became more than just planning sessions to exchange ideas and address concerns – they were also an opportunity to share in the excitement of the wedding weekend. Her prompt and thorough responses to our countless daily questions over Whatsapp demonstrated her dedication to making our day uniquely ours.
Planning a wedding as a busy couple is an overwhelming experience, as there are many expensive decisions to make. But Katie took time to understand our preferences and style – and using her extensive knowledge of local vendors and “what works” at a wedding, she enabled us to make informed decisions to manifest our vision.
Katie is a true diplomatic force of nature. She seamlessly orchestrated challenging negotiations with our ceremony venue, ensuring that our wishes were respected and executed flawlessly. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of our wedding; but what could’ve been a moment of stress and disappointment was transformed into an opportunity for even more magic. With her discreet efficiency, she charmed the venue and activated a beautifully crafted “Plan B,” which radiated an intimacy and charm that we couldn’t have anticipated. In doing so, she spared us any concern and allowed us to continue enjoying our day. It was a testament to Katie’s foresight and dedication that our Plan B felt like it had been the plan all along.
In fact, one of the most remarkable aspects of working with Katie was her unparalleled ability to anticipate our needs. Throughout our experience of working with her, it felt as though she had an instinctive understanding of our preferences and concerns. Without prompting, she consistently preempted potential challenges and developed solutions, relieving us of unnecessary stress and demonstrating a level of expertise that exceeded our highest expectations. Magical day
Big thanks to Katie for all her hard work on helping us organise our wedding! She was super calm and organised the whole way through and was great at picking up on lots of details we would have missed. She was great at understanding what we wanted and turning this into a reality. We had a magical day and couldn't have done it without her. -

Couldn’t have asked for better - thank you Katie
We spoke with a few Wedding Planners for our wedding and immediately knew that Katie was the right person for us. Not only did she know the majority of our suppliers but she instantly made us feel so relaxed and excited about the whole day.
We hired Katie for our 'on the day coordination' and she was absolutely brilliant. She was always there to offer sage advise or speak to suppliers on the run up to the event. As for the day before the wedding Katie was invaluable in helping with the set up and calming any pre-wedding nerves, it felt just like having a friend there that you'd known for years. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to be there on the day, organising suppliers/guests/us all the while being so kind, calming and joyful. We completely trusted her and, as proven, were absolutely right to. -

Best decision we made
We were living abroad in the lead up to our wedding and we decided that we needed someone to help us plan the day. Hiring Katie was the best decision we made. After our first conversation with her, we felt a load removed from us, as her experience of planning weddings like ours, really gave us reassurance.
She was so calming and organised throughout the whole process and worked really well with all our suppliers. She made sure everything worked smoothly behind the scenes throughout the whole wedding weekend. Me and my wife switched off from hosting/organising duties during the wedding day and that was all down to the great work of Katie and the faith we had in her.
We can’t thank her enough. -
