Sal Majik Events is a wedding and events planning company located in Reading, England. Director Mickayla Lawrie has been a professional events planner for more than six years. She knows that planning your dream wedding is no small undertaking, and she has the talent, experience, and connections you need to make your celebration a success. Mickayla understands that great event planning is about more than booking vendors and liaising with venue staff. It is about establishing trust and building strong relationships. People are her number one priority, and Mickayla wants you to know that you are entrusting your day to someone who cares about you, someone who wants to see all your wedding dreams come true.

Would definitely recommend. Made all our wedding dreams come true

Mickayla and her team were amazing. Can not recommend them enough. We had several Zoom calls before the big day where Mickayla looked over our timings and pointed out key details we were missing. She then helped coordinate with all the suppliers in the last few months and the night before the wedding she helped fix some pretty big issues that we had with the Marquee and seating layout.

On the day Mickayla really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day - including helping our dog become a last min ring bearer

Outstanding service!

Mickayla provided Day Of coordination services for our wedding.
Since the moment we contacted her, we felt the pressure lifted off our shoulders.
She supported us during the coordination process.
She and her assistant ensured our wedding plans were fully realized, and that the dreams of our perfect wedding became a reality! We cannot recommend Mickayla enough!
I once read that the day coordinator is like your best friend running your own wedding. I felt like that.

The perfect fairy godmother for our Disney wedding!

From the first meeting with Mickayla, she was on top of everything helping us with all of our random questions, last-minute requests, and planning ideas. She has a lot of knowledge that helped us make the right decisions and achieve the day of our dreams. Our day was amazing, from all the setup the night before to running the whole day co-ordinating our suppliers and the venue, she went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. We would highly recommend her for any event.

I felt the stress melt away

We booked a wedding day co-ordination package with Sal Majik. When we had our first meeting a month or so before the big day, I really did start to feel the stress melt away as Mickayla took on tasks for me so I didn't need to worry about them anymore. Mickayla was great at keeping us on track and giving me just the right amount of info on the day so I felt in control (self confessed control freak here) but also relaxed that it was all taken care of. To any new brides, I highly highly recommend wedding planning/coordination services with Sal Majik - it is worth every penny! Thank you so much Mickayla for all your help!

Sal Majik Events is just like magic!

Upon my first zoom call with Mickayla, I knew she was organised, as the day I contacted her was the day she arranged a zoom meeting with me. Hiring Mickayla was the best decision me and my now husband ever made! Our wedding day ran so smoothly and was perfect because of Mickayla's attention to detakll and professionalism. If I had known about her sooner, I would have hired her sooner! She went above and beyond and is worth every penny. She responded to questions and emails so quickly and was such a pleasure having her be a part of our special day.

Made our wedding completely effortless

We cannot recommend Mickayla and her team highly enough. I never expected that we'd be able to pull off such a smooth and drama-free wedding, but with their help we barely even had to think about anything on the day aside from enjoying ourselves and our wedding. I was amazed at how quickly they managed to transform our ceremony hall into a very classy looking banquet hall, without us even noticing. They were swift and responsive to all of our concerns and questions and were in complete control at every moment. Even in the run-up to the day they were regularly getting in touch offering to help with so many things we hadn't even considered at no extra charge.

Also, they were by far the cheapest coordinator we interviewed, which made no sense at all to us given the complete excellence they displayed both on our wedding day and in the run-up to it.
