James is a pro at making people feel comfortable - we’ve had so many of our friends and family share how friendly and natural his approach was.
On the day, any nerves we had around being photographed instantly melted. James is kind, encouraging, communicative and, well, just very good at his job! He was everywhere and nowhere at once - catching moments we didn’t even know happened. He was non intrusive while ensuring we received the ‘must have’ photos we’d discussed.
As for the photos themselves, we can’t stop looking at them. Each time we open our digital photo album we notice a different detail and memory.
