Mundial Photo is a skilled wedding photographer based in West Sussex. Lead storyteller Nick Henley has over ten years of photography experience, with works published in the Independent, the Guardian, and several local publications. Today, Nick and their team are excited to work with you, to understand your love story, and to craft an album you'll treasure for years to come.
Services Offered
Mundial Photo offers full services for your wedding celebration, as well as a pre-wedding photoshoot. This photography team will be delighted to travel across Kent, Surrey, and parts of Sussex for your special day. Once they arrive at your chosen venue, they will be happy to highlight your final preparations in a natural, traditional style. These experts will also be on location to take photographs of your vow exchange, cake cutting, first dance, and other magical moments.

What does the wedding package include?
All of our packages include a pre shoot, wedding consultation, travel and editing time, a 10% only booking fee with the balance payable upon delivery of your images and your photos within two weeks
How far in advance should I contact you?
ideally we would have contact and a booking a year in advance so that we can plan a pre shoot and understand more about your wedding and style you are looking for but this is not essential
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
Yes
Can you travel?
Yes, we cover West and East Sussex as well as Kent and Surrey
What is the charge for travelling?
Travelling is included in our packages

Other (We tend to focus on natural reportage style of photography as well as the more traditional photos. We like to capture those personal moments rather than posed!)
What kind of technology do you use?

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
We use the time in the pre shoot and the consultation to get to know our couples and what style they are looking for. Building a rapport with a couples vital to have fun and capture great images!
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use Canon R3 (mirrorless) cameras which are almost silent in nature and great in low light. we also use strobes and off camera flash to get a natural lighting effect
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, we use Lightroom to display an online portal to view and send your photos
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?
1 month
Do you send all the photos taken?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

How do you charge extra time?
We normally stay until the first dance plus approximately 30 minutes however if you would like us to stay longer then we charge £70 per hour
What are the forms of payment?
We charge for our services in arrears with just a 10% booking fee which covers the pre shoot and reservation of the day. We accept bank transfer for payment
How do you work?
We work collaboratively with our couples and in a polite, courteous manner but take the lead when directing photos and running the day for your photography. We also work closely with venue planners

Professional and Friendly - Highly Recommended
Nick was fantastic. He genuinely cared so much about ensuring that my partner and I had the best wedding day, without feeling overwhelmed or crowded. He was brilliant at engaging with our guests and made every effort to ensure people were not left standing around or feeling awkward when the lens was pointed at them. In terms of the quality of photography – we were nothing short of stunned, and quite frankly, blown away with the wide selection of shots he got of the day. From close-ups of wedding favours and cufflinks to editing us a five-minute trailer video, he went all out to ensure we will always have perfect reminders of our special day. Highly recommended!

Great experience
Nick was the photographer at our wedding; we had a good experience from the start. We enjoyed our preshoot, even though neither of us are that used to being in front of a camera, and the photos turned out great. He was responsive to feedback to enable the photos to suit our preferences.
On the day, he was professional and organised, as well as mindful of making sure we enjoyed our day outside of taking photos! He was also good-natured and went above and beyond. Nick was well-liked amongst our guests and we had a number of guests complimenting his manner. The photos are lovely, and are a true depiction of our day.
