I'm Sarah and own Boda Photography. Based just outside Edinburgh, covering the whole of Scotland.
Shooting in a documentary style I caputre moments as they happen, in the most natural way. For your details and portraits, a more contemporary and modern style is adapted.

What is the charge for travelling?
If you are getting married on the Scotland mainland there is no travel cost.
If your venue is more than 90 minutes drive an accommodation fee may be added due to travel safety

I work quite organically - although I like to plan which shots will be taken when and where, I also like to go off-road and work organically if suitable

If coverage is to finish after 9.30pm or your venue is more than 1.5 hour drive, overnight accommodation will be added

How do you work?
I shoot weddings as I see them. Moments as they happen. Unobtrusive during the ceremony but a bit more adventurous during candids using unique perspectives to put you back in that moment!

The best wedding photographer
Sarah was a lovely person to spend our day with. She made us feel so comfortable having our photos taken and was a delight to have at our wedding.
I can’t believe the images Sarah has been able to capture, we didn’t make it easy as we did a choreographed dance (which was a surprise to our guests) and a dip at the end of our aisle. These short moments Sarah captured beautifully.
We really lucked out finding Sarah, we love her style of photography.

I used Boda photography for my wedding and I have never felt so relaxed in front of a camera! i couldn't have asked for a better way to remember my day! All photos were amazing, She has a great eye and captured lots of natural special moments from my day.
I felt extremely comfortable and half the time I didn't notice the camera was around! I can't thank you enough for capturing my wedding day so perfectly! would highly recommend.
