Rossie on the Earn is a family-run, exclusive use wedding venue nestled in the beautiful Earn Valley in the heart of rural Perthshire, Scotland. This charming estate is situated on a 250 acre arable farm with the meandering River Earn at its base, conveniently located within an hour’s drive of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Glasgow and the Highlands. A flexible, blank canvas byre for up to 160 guests offers the perfect blend of authenticity and modern style for your special day. Add the 15 acre woodland gardens for ceremonies, reception and photographs into your package, and stay on site in the farmhouse and four cottages, which sleep 20, as part of the hire. Choose your own caterer, florist, photographer and music, and bring your own wine and fizz (corkage applies) and have access to a fully stocked bar, run by the enthusiastic Rossie bar team. New for 2027: a Rossie One Day Celebration Package for off-peak weddings!

They offer the perfect wedding package, a magnificently converted Byre, access to a 15-acre magical garden for intimate ceremonies and photographs as well as five charming places to stay for your family and friends sleeping up to twenty. They are a blank canvas venue, meaning you can choose your own caterer, florist, photographer, and music from their diverse suppliers list, and bring your own wine and fizz for reception drinks and supper!
Services Offered
Rossie on the Earn is available for exclusive use and includes several indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces across the estate. At the heart of the farm is Rossie Byre, a versatile blank canvas events space perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and lively evening celebrations! The byre offers unique flexible space consisting of three interconnecting rooms packed with many traditional features including original stone walls, troughs, raised walkways and a log fire. It lends itself perfectly to an intimate smaller wedding, or a larger wedding for up to 160 seated guests. With two landscaped courtyards and stunning views across the Earn Valley towards the Ochil Hills, there is ample space to entertain inside and out.
In addition to the byre, the beautiful Rossie gardens offer much that is sure to delight and amaze. Here, meandering paths wind their way past sweeping lawns and picturesque bridges toward the Victorian walled garden and the enchanting summer hut that lies just beyond. You can say your vows in the shade of the 150-year-old beech tree on the main lawn or in the delightful sunken garden, and you can choose one of the many other idyllic spots for your photographs.
They also have four charming self-catered cottages and a homely farmhouse in the grounds of the estate booked as part of your wedding, which have all been re-decorated and furnished.

Scottish Spring Wedding
It is a really special venue and we knew as soon as we had visited that is was exactly what we were looking for. We had family travelling from all over the UK and overseas, and the location was ideal for us.
The three main spaces really give you the flexibility to make it your own. This is so much more than a DIY venue - the furniture, lighting, equipment etc that is all included make this a stylish space before you've even added your own decor, meaning you can add as little or as much as you want. The versatile spaces meant that we had plenty of space for guests to mingle inside on a blustery Scottish spring day, and the cosy atmosphere in the old byre with the log fire was magical.
Having the farmhouse next door was so convenient for setup, getting ready and for family members with small children.
The Rossie team were fantastic and Scott made sure that everything ran smoothly during setup and on the day.
