Working with eventsbyeva was like not doing anything st all. The weight of planning my wedding was lifted but the fun in it was all mine to enjoy. Had all the fun with no stress. Couldn't have had a more perfect day. It was worth every penny and more. My wedding was a destination one and I was scared of people letting us down, but Eeva scouted for the best, checked and delivered. Would recommend 1000% because she is there to make your dream event a really 😉

I can’t begin to thank Natalie and her team enough! We had the most amazing day and her ideas and execution for décor really brought my vision together. As someone who struggles with aesthetic things, she really took the time to understand what the vision was and somehow managed to interpret exactly what I meant! The cake tasted fantastic and looked even better, the amount of compliments we got from guest about it was very well deserved. Natalie was also just amazing support, even listening to some of my overall concerns about the day and putting me at ease. It’s a nerve wracking day but Natalie had everything in hand and just ran with it, can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much Jen & Colin

When we first met Thea, we didn’t have a clue about planning a wedding (part of the reason we had put it off for so long!) However, after our first meeting we had a much better idea of what we needed to think about and decide leading up to the big day. Thea was great at suggesting things that we might consider, based on her experience, but also encouraging us to consider what our priorities were and ensure the wedding ultimately reflected this. We both had a very relaxed approach and wanted a day that would be relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, with good food, drinks and dancing the priorities. She helped us map out the day and also encouraged us to find some quiet moments to enjoy as a couple during it. Throughout the planning process, Thea was great at keeping track of things we needed to do and when to do them to ensure suppliers were likely to be available and minimise last minute stresses. She recommended suppliers to us and co-ordinated very well with them to ensure bookings were made and invoices tracked and paid. We met by video call a few times, more frequently as the wedding date approached, and this very much helped ensure our relaxed approach didn’t result in us failing to book anything for the day! All the suppliers were brilliant on the day, so the recommendations were well deserved. On the day, it was so reassuring to know Thea was there to co-ordinate everything. She worked brilliantly with the venue event co-ordinator and our suppliers to ensure everything was in place and was happy to take on any little task needing done: from arranging and re-arranging place cards due to last minute guest changes, setting out decorations and even pinning on buttonholes! We really didn’t need to do anything, or even answer any questions, on the day – we just turned up, got married and had a great time – all the organisation, rearrangements of things, keeping on schedule etc just happened around us. We really can’t thank Thea enough for helping us put together our perfect day and then enabling us to experience it joyfully stress-free (and also for being a generally lovely, enthusiastic and supportive person!)
