I had searched high and low for a singer and well no one was fitting what I visioned vocal wise. But also fitting budget. As a singer was an extra we added at end when we had spare money to spend! Some other singers quoted out this world and I couldn’t justify their prices. But then come Katie who not only fitted out budget but her voice drew me in.
She was amazing from start from the quote too the day..
she covers so many songs , we only had her for ceremony to wedding reception drinks and amount songs you had to pick :) and she’s always on hand to give advice.
On the day and after wedding I’ve had so many comments made from friends and family saying how amazing she was.. I had missed our favourite family song and when she finished she said she would sing it over our weddings meal (which I hadn’t paid her for this part ) and it literally made my day! Such a kind gesture .. and just goes to show she’s not just in this profession for the money but for her love for singing and making couples day special!
