Depending on your needs, We can provide either all-day or full evening entertainment. from your ceremony, wedding breakfast including our hosting package which is absolutely brilliant , and drinks reception Music we can cover it all!

Simply not enough words!!!!!
Wow wow wow, Ian where do we even begin!
I wish everybody reading this could witness what you pulled off for our wedding. From the very first zoom meeting you listened to everything we said and really tried to understand us as individuals and as a couple. On the day you made every single person in that room feel alive. You worked with us to merge our two cultures (Iraqi and Irish) and included all the songs we desperately wanted to have played for our friends and family. You were the biggest hype man, the best BEST DJ and we could not have imagined a second of that evening without you there. The dry ice show, the confetti and the illuminated display were so spectacular during our first dance, everybody in the room was so impressed and we’ve had endless compliments on how fab you were. Ian, you were everything we have ever dreamed off, I hope the world can appreciate you the way we do. Words are simply not enough! I will be screaming about how incredible SO Discos are for a very very very long time. Thank you for making our wedding genuinely the best party we’ve ever been to!

Best DJ, Host & Entertainer!
We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and emcee than Ian! From start to finish, he brought so much energy, professionalism, and charm to our wedding day, making it truly unforgettable. Keeping the day running smoothly!
As our DJ, Ian kept the dance floor packed all night long with an incredible playlist that perfectly matched the vibe we wanted. They read the crowd beautifully, transitioning seamlessly between songs and keeping everyone dancing and having the time of their lives.
Ian also hosted the fabulous Mr. and Mrs. game, which had everyone laughing and created some of our favorite memories. The photo booth was a huge hit with our guests, who had so much fun capturing moments of the evening. The digital copies we received afterward were a wonderful bonus—something we’ll treasure forever!
What touched us most was how Ian incorporated a beautiful slideshow of photos honoring those who were no longer with us & some of our favourite photos over the years. It was such a heartfelt and thoughtful moment that meant so much to us and our families. On top of all this, Ian ensured our wedding gifts were kept safe in a stunning wedding post box, which was such a nice touch.
As the person who introduced us, Ian brought warmth, charisma, and just the right amount of humor to set the tone for the evening. They made every announcement feel special and kept the flow of the evening stress-free.
They truly went above and beyond to make our day extraordinary, and we’re so grateful for their hard work and talent. If you’re looking for a DJ, host, and entertainment pro who can do it all, look no further than Ian!

I recently had the pleasure of having Ian as our wedding DJ, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Ian had an incredible ability to read the room and got all the guests up on the dance floor, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
Not only did he keep the energy high with fantastic music, but he also helped to organise people, making sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. Absolutely amazing Dj!!!
We cannot recommend Ian enough he was fantastic from the very first contact we had with him all the way through til the night of our wedding!! Fantastic communication, great music, fantastic guy.
Ian was even taking lots of photos for us of everyone dancing and a brilliant shot of all of our wedding guests together with us. Everyone commented on how nice he was & the great tunes he was belting out meant our dance floor was full the whole night. He goes above and beyond

The Incredible Ian!
We found Ian via Hitched and was immediately impressed. We then discovered that he was a favourite at our venue. The staff there spoke very highly of him when we mentioned who our DJ was. This immediately made us feel at ease. From our first interaction with Ian, we were sold! He kept in constant contact right up to the week of the wedding, this was so appreciated, especially with an anxious bride! We were given a portal to add our favourite songs and our guests could make their requests ahead of the big day. The big day came and we finally got to experience what so many newlyweds have before us. The set-up blew us away. Ians professionalism is second to none, his kindness and warmth; not just with us, but our friends and family meant so much. If we had our day again, we'd choose So-Discos every time, without a doubt! Thanks Ian! ❤️

What an asset Ian was to our wedding experience! From the start Ian was amazing, from booking with his communication and ease of contact, to our wedding day with us and our guests. Ian was so engaging throughout and knew us all and lots of our guests by name. The dance floor was never empty and that is huge for our naturally reserved families! Ian went above and beyond for us, bringing to life requests we had (such as Taylor Swift making an appearance) his aesthetic was on point including his set up, picture slideshow and lighting! Hugely recommend SO Disco 🪩

After meeting Ian at Knebworth Barns I knew we would work well together, such a lovely guy!

Beyond our wildest dreams!!
We can’t put into words how grateful we are for Ian during our wedding day. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day of our lives. From the very start of the process Ian was responsive, flexible and made us feel at ease! We had zoom calls to walk through the day and to make sure he got in every little detail. I highly recommend getting the extras on offer. We had the video postbox, the DJ booth with the screen, after dinner games and the LOVE letters. This has allowed us to keep special and hilarious memories from the day, added more fun to the room and a bunch of laughs after the emotional speeches and even karaoke! Ian even mixed my walk down music LIVE on the day. During photos in the morning, he followed us round with drinks in hand to make sure we always had chance to have a sip…or gulp! Not only was he a fantastic DJ, but a wonderful master of ceremonies and our biggest cheerleader throughout the day! We have had wonderful feedback from all of our guests that Ian is not only fantastic DJ but also a LOVELY person!! If you want a DJ that does everything to an incredible standard…go to Ian. We cannot thank you enough! X

Outstanding
Ian was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and when above and beyond our expectations. Ian worked non stop through the day and night of our wedding and nothing was too much trouble his communication was outstanding. All our guests were commenting on how great he was and how he made it such a great night. We would highly recommend Ian! We can't thank you enough!

Amazing from start to finish!
Cannot thank Ian enough for making our wedding day so special. From start to finish it was just absolutely perfect, he was so calm and chilled with the flow of the day which made me chilled. Our other supplier for the photobooth had a new emergency arrival so Ian insured our selfie booth still went ahead. He absolutely nailed the music and got everyone dancing (even my 95 year old grandad). It felt like a journey throughout the years of all our favourite songs. We had had the best time and I smiled from ear to ear all night. Ian, you’re amazing honestly! I’d highly reccomend and we will definitely be using So Discos again in the future.

A great DJ, passionate about what he does
Ian is a great DJ who is clearly passionate about what he does and provides lots of different options for weddings. We hired him after looking at lots of different DJ options because we were impressed with his competitive pricing, responsiveness and enthusiasm. We had an initial Zoom call to discuss the various services he could provide but we had a late ceremony time and wanted to keep everything simple, so went with the basic DJ set. We could have easily added other options and have no doubt that Ian would have delivered expertly on these too, but there was no pressure to do this which was appreciated. Ian provided us with a link to upload our playlist requests and we found the system really helpful and easy to use. We then had another call about 1 month before the wedding to recap on first/second/last dance choices. Ian was great at providing advice and suggestions for these based on his experience. On the day he arrived in plenty of time to ensure he was ready to set up as soon as the turnaround time started. His rustic setup fitted perfectly in our barn venue and looked great. He kept the tunes going all night (starting off with stiff competition against the pizza buffet!) and lots of our guests were on the dancefloor until the end. In addition to his DJ duties he took some great action shots which we were really grateful for. Ian is a great guy and we would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a quality DJ. Thanks again Ian!

Best DJ Ever!!
We cannot thank Ian enough for DJing our wedding in July 2024. From the beginning of the day right through to the evening, he went above and beyond for us. He is the most friendly & fun guy! He really made our wedding day that extra bit special helping us plan and do our gender reveal too! If you’re looking for a DJ, Ian is one of the best. Out of this world, Amazing!!
We had Ian for the whole day package and we will forever be recommending him, always quick to reply and help with song suggestions.
We also had the LED dance floor and visual booth, which had some of our photos going round, this was such a sweet touch and all our guests loved looking at the picture.
And the Mr & Mrs Game was great fun with all our guests.

Cannot recommend SoDiscos enough!
We met Ian at the Knebworth Barns wedding fair and immediately knew he was the DJ for us. Ian arranged a really helpful call prior to our wedding party to discuss the run through of the evening. We had the rustic set up which was really lovely along with the awesome Magic Mirror which worked really well and was something different to a photo booth. Ian went above and beyond with putting together our amazing wedding photos reel to display on the TV screens, he even accommodated us with a last minute request to add our wedding highlights film. The set Ian put together was perfect, and was a great mix of music which had everyone on the dance floor all night, cannot recommend So Discos enough!

Best. DJ. Ever!
Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to guide us through our special night as husband and wife! Ian took the time to listen to the different types of music we wanted, specific to our tastes. Every song played on the night matched the vibe of everyone on the dance floor and we couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks for everything Ian!
