Our bar features an exceptional selection of rums and gins sourced from talented local distilleries, alongside well-loved favourites. We also serve a variety of delicious rum-n-gin based cocktails, all made fresh in front of your guests, never from pre-mixes. In addition, we offer Prosecco, Pimm’s, beers, ciders, non-alcoholic options and soft drinks.
Every drink is crafted to perfection, paired with premium Fever-Tree mixers and garnished with the finest ingredients. Our cocktail menu is truly something your guests will enjoy.
We proudly serve celebrations across the South West, providing a stunning setup and exceptional service. Alongside our gorgeous bar, we can also bring our illuminated LOVE letters and festoon lighting to create a magical atmosphere around your venue. A couple of bistro tables with seating for eight offer a cosy space near the bar, and we include a basket of throws—perfect for keeping warm while watching the sunset.

We hold personal licences and can arrange your TENs notice if needed. We are fully insured and hold a 5⭐ Food & Hygiene rating for your peace of mind.

All round amazing
We hired the rum n gin bar for 2 events for our wedding. Everyone was complementing the selection of drinks (who knew there were so many options of rum and gin!).
Helen and Steve horse box just keeps giving, it was fab for the 1st event but for the 2nd event the bar came out in all its glory. Wow, it was amazing!
I could not rate Helen and Steve and higher themselves too. The communication was excellent, they got our brief to the T. They are a supplier who we just felt we can leave to use their judgement if any problems came up during the day.
We had a mixed faith wedding where alot of our guests don't drink alcohol. Helen and Steve were really sensitive to this and adapted the standard bar to our needs, thank you for being to inclusive and sensitive to our party.
We would 100% book the rum-n-gin bar again!

Perfect wedding bar!
We are so glad we booked the rum and gin bar for our wedding! They were so friendly and helpful, supported us to design our own fun personalised cocktail for the day, bought everything they needed and went down so well with the guests. We loved the look of the van sat outside our marquee, and guests were going to it all day/night. Highly recommend!

Incredible bar for a wedding!
Rum-n-Gin Bar were an absolute highlight of our wedding! From the very first conversation, Helen and Steve were a dream to work with – professional, creative and so much fun. They went the extra mile to create a special cocktail just for us “Sam and Mike tai’d the knot”, which turned out to be a huge hit with our guests. The bar itself looked stunning (we were so impressed they did it all themselves!) that really added to the atmosphere of the day.
We also got the chance to step behind the bar and make our own cocktails, which was such a unique and memorable experience. All night long there was a buzz around the bar, with our guests raving about the drinks. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more – Helen and Steve made everything so seamless and enjoyable. We’d recommend Rum-n-Gin Bar to absolutely anyone looking to make their celebration extra special!

Rum-n-gin bar were the perfect option for our wedding drinks and we would recommend them to anyone who asked! Helen and Steve have been amazing throughout the entire planning process, helping us to create exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. The signature cocktails they designed for our day were a hit 🍹 there was always a happy line at the bar and our guests spoke nothing but amazing things about them and their drinks.
Helen and Steve invited us into the trailer to make our own cocktails which we absolutely LOVED.
Their set up of the trailer with all the additional gorgeous decoration bits really added to the vibe of our day.

Amazing couple
Helen and Steve are amazing, they go the extra mile, my family and friends all said how lovely and friendly they both were. I can't express how much they both made mine and my husbands day. I will be using Helen and Steve again in the future.

Amazing drinks and the best people!
We are so happy that we decided to go with Rum-n-Gin Bar for our wedding. From the get-go, they were friendly and easy to communicate with. We were providing our own beer and wine throughout the day for guests and so wanted somewhere for guests to get spirits and cocktails that they could buy themselves, they were completely amenable to our situation and had no problem serving alongside the 'free booze' we had provided. They knew that guests would be enticed by their amazing rum and gin selection and cocktails on offer.
They did a special personalized 'Bride and Groom' cocktail and made up fun names for them to make it more personal to us. These drinks were high quality and they did not scrimp on the alcohol content! Guests also requested other cocktails including espresso martinis which weren't advertised and they happily made them. For a very reasonable price, they were on site all day serving drinks whenever needed. We only had to pay a small cost for them to be there and the rest they made on their amazing drinks. I love that they have such faith in their product that they don't feel the need to have a minimum bar spend for you to worry about.
Overall our experience working with these guys was 5 star, I only wish I was planning another wedding so I could book them again and have more of their amazing cocktails!

The most incredibly presented mobile bar we have ever seen and Helen and Steve really deserve the recognition!
Helen and Steve delivered an amazing bar service for our wedding at Tregedna, Maenporth. We have seen so many mobile bars in white catering van trailers or set up on tables under gazebos - and indeed many of these style of set-ups were actually more money to hire than Helen and Steve's beautifully converted horse box. From every angle the Rum and Gin Bar looked totally stunning. Thoughtful extras like seating for guests and the L-O-V-E light-up letters are supplied for free.
Our outside area was brought to life by the bar and caused real problems for our DJ as no one wanted to go inside!! The atmosphere was amazing. The presentation from every angle was outstanding and was commented on by all of our guests. Also every drink or cocktail was photogenic and tasted so delicious. They worked with us to design a signature drink which everyone enjoyed. Helen and Steve invited us to pose inside the bar and so polite to all of our guests. Amazing value for money with great drinks prices. Super communication on the run-up to our big day and throughout it. The bar was a real standout part of our wedding. Thank goodness we found you! We hope we can hire them next year for a birthday party!

Best bar experience!
We had Helen and Steve’s Rum-n-Gin bar at our wedding and it was the absolute perfect addition. The cocktails were fantastic and well priced, and the beautiful aesthetic was a huge talking point from the guests. There was a fantastic vibe outside in the evening where the guests mingled under the glow of the bar. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to be there on our wedding day. If you’re looking for a bar to cater for your wedding or event, do not hesitate to book Helen and Steve. We’re looking forward to the next event when we can book them again!

Amazing service, amazing people
If you are looking for a wedding bar service, it’s time to bring the search to an end- rum-n-gin bar are 100% the best service you could ask for. Helen and Steve are so lovely. They are also so incredibly enthusiastic and are genuinely excited for your day. We had a good few problems in the lead up to the wedding day (not by rum-b-gin, to clarify!!) , but Rum-n-gin absolutely carried a lot of the morale for us. They listen to what you want and do their utmost to stick to it. Their drinks are also amazing, so what more could you want? With Steve and Helen, you don’t just get an amazing bar service, you also get people who are incredibly enthusiastic, communicative and supportive. Thank you Steve and Helen, you truly made planning so much better and helped the day on a whole a blast!

Perfect!!!
Helen & Steve’s Rum n Gin bar was the perfect addition to our wedding day. It remained as popular straight after the ceremony as it was through to the evening, with a huge array or delicious cocktails to suit everyone. The bar is also aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful flowers, little tables and chairs and even a box of fleecey blankets that our guests could use as the evening got chillier. To top it off, it’s run by a friendly husband and wife duo, who clearly love what they do. They were so accommodating and checked in several times in the lead up to the wedding. Guest have been singing their praises ever since! Thank you Helen & Steve ♥️

The perfect addition to the day
The Rum n Gin bar was a real plus to have in the day- it’s absolutely beautiful and totally unique. Steve and Helen were very helpful, we were unsure as to whether they could get access to a particular spot on the lawn but they made it happen and it all looked great and everything was very accessible.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look around our Hitched page, let me tell you a bit about me and our journey so far...
With my partner, Steve, we self built our gorgeous Rum-n-Gin Bar, it was always going to be something with a bit of a wow factor and I think we acheived it pretty well!
For the last three years we have been a finalist in the Southwest Wedding Awards, and this year we won our catergory, "Best Mobile Bar" through hard work and determination and of course the nominations and reviews left by our fabulous couples so far! however, that does not mean we now rest it only makes us want to work harder and to continue to be the best we can be!
I work full time in an administration roll through the week and spend much of my spare time with my family and friends, I love spending cosy nights in and walks on the beach, Hopefully I might get to meet you in person soon!

Hello !
So, i work full time as a self empolyed tiler in the building industry, my company Dartmoor Tiling has been going since 2007 and I am passionate with my role and the my services on offer.
Since April 2000, I have been a retained firefighter at my local station. Having learnt so many skills, I am very proud of my role and what I have achieved within my career to date.
Rum-n-Gin Bar was built on Helens idea that she put to me. Next thing, we were on a hunt for a well looked after horse trailer we could convert to a bar. Roll forward and here we are in 2025, now winners of the best mobile bar withing the South Wests Wedding Industry.
