Kim and Louisa were absolutely brilliant on our wedding day. They were extremely efficient but relaxed and very comforting. I cannot fault this service. Would highly recommend.

Mayor's Reception Room was a perfect size for our ceremony. The architecture and decor is lovely. Own music CD played on provided player. Registrars made us feel relaxed. Wording and length of service was perfect.

Cheshire East gave us an absolutely wonderful wedding ceremony in March 2026. Amy led the ceremony beautifully and made us both feel at ease. Many of our guests also commented to say how excellent she was. Jo and Catherine also supported on the day and they were both lovely and very reassuring.

Cannot fault the professionalism of the Cheshire East Registrar we had for our wedding at the Cottons Hotel. They brought our vision to life and made the day even more perfect - it felt very personal and all the words felt as though they were from the heart. Thank you Cheshire East, you were great!

We got married at Merrydale Manor in October 2025. The whole process of booking and paying for our registrar was very straight forward. Our registrar, June, reached out to us a few weeks before our wedding and very clearly set out how to complete our profile (which made the process incredibly easy) and provided some additional information about the day. On our wedding day, we both met with June and her colleague Richard prior to the ceremony. They we both very approachable and reassuring and eased our nerves. June did an amazing job at conducting the ceremony and included a personal introduction about how we met, got engaged, etc. All our guests loved it. When it came to doing our vows and personal promises, we both felt very relaxed and they went perfectly, thanks to June and Richard's calming nature. We both loved our ceremony, it couldn't have gone any better. And would love to do it all over again!

Our wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful and we cannot thank Catherine O’Brien enough for her support, guidance and kindness on the day. Catherine was so invested in making our ceremony so special and made myself and my new husband feel so comfortable! We could not be happier with our wedding ceremony, and we cannot thank our registrar, Mark Crawford, enough for making it so special. From the very first meeting, Mark’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm put us completely at ease. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, crafted a ceremony that perfectly reflected who we are and delivered it with such sincerity and charm that our guests are still talk about it!

Mark struck the perfect balance between heartfelt and joyful — his words were personal, beautifully spoken, and full of meaning. He guided us through every step with patience and care, even when Ben messed his lines up, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. On the day itself, his calm presence and friendly demeanor created such a lovely atmosphere, and how he was with our little nephew who was ring bearer was nothing short of amazing.
