Hi, I'm a Cheshire-based professional celebrant here to create you the most amazing wedding ceremony.
My favourite ceremony is one where you feel totally relaxed and chilled and are simply focused on your special day. I will love to work with you to create a ceremony that reflects your personality and just blows the socks off your guests!
And my favourite part of the ceremony? Definitely the whoop whooping of your guests for that first kiss!
Services Offered
Let's captivate your guests by creating a magical ceremony filled with love and laughter. One that is utterly personal, thoughtfully reflective and, above all, memorable.
Let's share your story, how and where you met, and what you both admire, love and respect about each other. We can make your ceremony as long or as short as you'd like.
We can include readings, poems, vows, rings, include friends or family - the sky really is the limit. Or we can keep it super simple, elegant and romantic.
Those that have worked with me have said - 'Penny managed to balance the joy, love, fun and excitement that we wanted to share with our guests' and 'Penny has been brilliant to work with to help us design a ceremony which was exactly what we were after - even though we didn't have a clue!' We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ceremony!
Penny was absolutely wonderful from the moment we first met! She was so patient and encouraging as we wrote our own vows, and she shared many wise words during our planning. She made the ceremony so incredibly personal and special! Our guests gave us such wonderful feedback, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ceremony! Thank you, Penny, so so much!

Safe pair of hands
We absolutely loved working with Penny as our celebrant. From our very first consultation, she was warm, approachable, and took the time to explain her process in detail, which immediately put us at ease. The couples’ questionnaire she sent us was so thoughtful, it really encouraged us to reflect on our relationship and share stories and moments that were meaningful to us.
Penny took everything we had written and turned it into the most beautiful, personal ceremony. She truly captured us - our story, our humour, and the emotion of the day, in a way that felt authentic and natural. She also suggested a few lovely ideas for things we could include during the ceremony, which added some really special touches that made it feel even more unique.
In the lead-up to the wedding, Penny reviewed our vows and offered helpful, sensitive feedback that made them even stronger. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly, and we felt completely present thanks to her calm and reassuring presence.
We lost count of how many guests came up to us afterwards to say that our ceremony was one of the most touching, funny, and personal they’d ever witnessed. It truly set the tone for the rest of the day. We can’t recommend Penny highly enough; she created something we’ll cherish forever.

Penny by name, but worth a million!
Well what can I say! Thank you for making the ceremony mind-blowingly special.
The story you created about our lives was touching, funny, very personal and just so engaging in every way. I heard titters. I heard sniffles. I heard outright laughter. You really did tick every single box!
It was all so professional but also very personal. You are such a lovely lovely lady who really cared about not only getting it right but also about making us feel right. I was confident you would do an excellent job but you far exceeded my expectations and made our ceremony incredibly special which set the tone for the rest of the day. I think we only all stopped smiling when it was time to eat!
All our guests loved your approach too and felt it made the ceremony truly unique to us.

Our Greatest Day
My partner and I originally planned a runaway secret hideout, but something told me me to look closer to home.
The universe with all it's wisdom led us to seek and find the wonderful Penny.
From the first moment of contact we knew Penny was the woman to conduct our ceremony. With her relaxed and professional personality, Penny brought our stories of love together to tell to our family and friends and also to each other.
Penny has a beautiful and creative way to make a fairytale ending .
We all shared so much laughter and tears of joy.
Overwhelmed by Penny's wonderful way to create a day not to be forgotten.
Tracey and I have had the pleasure to meet Penny via zoom meetings before our ceremony. Her passion to make our day as incredible as it was honestly due to all of Penny's commitment and patience.

Highly recommend Penny for a personal touch!
Penny conducted a fantastic ceremony. From the introductory call, to answering all of our adhoc questions, to accommodating last minute requests, Penny made us feel so comfortable and helped us to create a magical personal service. She is a calming energy in the room and so friendly. More than just writing us a beautiful ceremony script, that really captured our personalities, she provided us so much support throughout the wedding planning. She coordinated with the bridal/groom party so that the readings remained a surprise until the day and printed off all the vows, letting us have a copy for a momento box that we will keep forever. If you are getting married I couldn’t recommend Penny highly enough!! All of the guests complimented the service afterwards, particularly how sweet and personalised it was. Thank you again Penny for the amazing service, better than we could have imagined.

Highlight of our day
Penny you made our day so so incredibly special. I was so present during our ceremony, it was beautiful. Penny told our story so perfectly, made everyone laugh, cry and feel it all. The love and warmth she created was magical. Because the ceremony was so perfect and I mean PERFECT, it just allowed me to enjoy the rest of the day so much more. I said to matt 'If that's all today was then that's fine by me' because I just didn't need anything else, it was perfect that ceremony...I did go on to have just the most wonderful day but Penny just set the tone for the celebrations- so much love that day. I honestly can not thank Penny enough, you are wonderful. The contact we had leading up was great, very supportive and shared guidance and ideas which allowed me and matt to make our day personal to us. Our guests are still talking about the ceremony and I have a feeling they will be for years to come. Unforgettable. Truly Unforgettable. Amazing, Wonderful, Fantastic!
Penny was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, Funny, Professional and very forgiving even when we were late sending in vows just the night before the wedding! Yet they were still printed and ready in a lovely booklet for the big day. Her questionnaires were really good and her story telling on the day was brilliant. Couldn't recommend enough! She should charge triple what she does!! Book in quick before she does. Even then she'd still be worth it!

Celebrating our Celebration and Celebrant
With this being second marriages for both of us we have family on both sides of the Atlantic. Having completed the "legals" in the US, we asked Penny to manage the celebration of the bringing together of our new blended family. Penny's ideas were inspirational and her patience in gathering insights and snippets from each of our four adult "kids" exceptional. The "story" that she shared interweaved these with our own resulting in everyone being involved and feeling as one. Penny's presentation was a wonderful mix of fun, emotion and seriousness all at the right times and made our day, a day for all to remember. Thank you so very much!

Amazing - Safe pair of hands
