I have always been passionate about creating memorable experiences, which led me to study Hospitality Management at university and pursue a career in weddings and events. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping couples bring their vision to life and ensuring every detail of their special day comes together seamlessly.
As a Wedding & Events Manager, I pride myself on being organised, approachable, and calm under pressure. Whether it's coordinating the finer details, managing last-minute changes, or simply being there to offer support and guidance, I am dedicated to making the planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
I genuinely love getting to know each couple and creating celebrations that reflect their personalities and story. Seeing everything come together on the day and watching unforgettable memories being made is the most rewarding part of my role.
When I'm not planning weddings, you'll usually find me travelling and exploring new destinations. I love discovering different cultures, venues, and experiences, which often inspires fresh ideas that I can bring to the weddings and events I help create.
Food has always been my passion, and after many years working as a chef, I founded Your Plate or Mine in 2018 to bring exceptional food and memorable dining experiences to weddings and special events.
As Head Chef and Director, I love creating menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients and reflect the unique style of each couple or client. From elegant wedding breakfasts to relaxed sharing feasts, I believe great food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories.
Working alongside our talented team, I take pride in ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is beautifully presented and full of flavour. My aim is always to deliver food that not only exceeds expectations but becomes a memorable part of the celebration itself.
When I'm not in the kitchen, I enjoy exploring new food trends, experimenting with recipes and spending time with my son.
