Facilities and Capacity
Redbank Barn is an authentic agricultural barn beautifully renovated to provide an all-together contemporary rustic wedding venue. Suitable for up to 250 guests, the space lends itself well to any measure of formal, chic, or boho affair. You are welcome to dress up or pare back as your tastes dictate, and the barn may also be used for more intimate weddings. Outside, you'll find a wonderous expanse of level grassland that calls for lawn games, while nearby, designated camping space is beautifully suited for a bell tent village. The property is also licensed for ceremonies. You may also take advantage of the venue's riverside location, whose two jetties and gravel beaches are ideal for launching small boats. Trying to find a local venue that could hold approx 250 guests was something of a challenge, We then discovered Redbank Barn. A hidden gem set in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, just a few miles from home. We knew within seconds that it was the perfect place for us. We wanted somewhere rural, rustic and relaxed, and Redbank is all of those and more! The setting is idyllic and the outdoor ceremony are is just dreamy! We were blessed with the most beautiful weather (the hottest day of the year so far!) and it made the setting even more stunning!
From the initial planning stages to the execution, Sarah, our wedding planner was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. She took the pressure of us and took on all of our ideas and was always at the end of the phone if we needed her. She pulled it off and our day was exactly how we dreamt it would be!
The venue hire included decor, a staffed bar, corkage of the welcome drinks (which we were able to provide ourselves), and the flexibility of choosing our own caterers and suppliers.
We opted for a very chilled vibe. No formal sit down meal, but instead a delicious bbq with salads (perfect for the weather that day), followed by a buffet in the evening. We had a solo guitarist, a disco, a band, outdoor games, and crazy golf. We were able to make the day so personal to us. It was perfect!
We have had so many compliments on our amazing day, and every guest fell in love with Redbank. We cannot recommend it enough!

Incredible Venue
From the moment we first set eyes on Redbank Barn, we knew it was our venue! We booked a late-availability date and had just seven weeks to pull everything together — and somehow, we managed it, all thanks to Katie and her incredible team.
The list of trusted suppliers was so helpful, and the huge range of decorative items provided by the venue made it so easy to create the perfect rustic look we’d dreamed of. Every detail reflected our personality thanks to the thoughtful options Redbank offered.
Katie truly went above and beyond in every way possible. Anything we wanted to happen, she made sure it did! Even on the day itself, she was hands-on, calm, and full of heart. At one point, she even piggy-backed my husband off the back of the pickup truck so he didn’t get his outfit dirty — now that’s going the extra mile! 🤠
It was touch and go whether we could have our ceremony outside because of Storm Amy, but Katie was so reassuring and flexible, promising to wait until the very last moment before making the call. Thankfully, the rain held off and we got the outdoor ceremony we’d been dreaming of 🤍
Every question was answered quickly, communication was seamless, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We genuinely can’t express how grateful we are for all the effort, kindness, and care the team put in. You made our day unforgettable — and we’ll be forever thankful.

Stubbings June Wedding
From the moment we saw redbank barn, we knew it was the venue for us. We wanted a chilled wedding where guests could camp if they wished which was immersed in beautiful countryside. The barn ticked every box. From our first meeting with Katie she became an integral cog in the wedding planning! We decided to have a country western theme to our wedding and she spent time researching various decorations and bucking bronco suppliers which made the day come together. It truly was the wedding of our dreams and we are eternally grateful for the team at Redbank and in particular Katie. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough, they cater for every taste!

Sarah from Redbank Barn was fantastic from start to finish in our wedding planning process. She went above and beyond to understand our needs and vision and we appreciated being able to have multiple meetings with her in the lead up to our wedding to ensure we were on track!

The best ever!
Sarah and the team at Redbank were with us every step of the way and gave us the most magical wedding weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and despite our worries about having 210+ guests, they handled everything superbly even when the weather wasn’t on our side!

We would just like to start by thanking Sarah for her support at the beginning of our planning process and being such a lovely support system, on both a personal level and with all things wedding. Secondly, a HUGE thank you to Laura for bringing all of our visions to life which meant we had the wedding day of our dreams. She was so helpful with our suppliers, easy for us to contact no matter how small our questions were she was there to answer and support in every aspect of wedding planning. The day was truly amazing and all came together perfectly. During the day Laura was extremely helpful to everyone there and simply couldn’t do enough for us. The venue was exactly what we dreamed of and the feedback we had from our guests was incredible. Simply perfect, just what we have always dreamed of !!

We had our wedding at beautiful Redbank Barn, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We had to postpone our wedding by a year due to expecting our baby, the team handled it with complete understanding and zero fuss.
A huge shoutout to Katie, who was nothing short of incredible. Her support, organisation, and calming presence made the day run smoothly – we genuinely couldn’t have done it without her.
The barn itself is stunning, full of charm and character, and created the perfect backdrop for our special day. We have absolutely nothing negative to say – only that we already miss it and would relive it all in a heartbeat.
It was OUR perfect day!
We would recommend it to EVERYONE!!

From the moment we first saw Redbank we knew this was the perfect wedding venue for us. The support we recieved with planning our day was second to none and Katie made sure nothing was ever too much trouble. Her expertise and professionalism made everything so much easier and she even managed to help us to find a band to step in the week of our wedding due to a last minute cancellation. On the day Katie made sure everything ran as planned and all of our guests commented on how amazing she was at ensuring things run smoothly but in a fun and upbeat way.
Laura and all of the staff working the bar did an amazing job at ensuring our glasses were never empty and this contributed to the amazing party.
I can’t thank everyone at Redbank enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering booking here for their wedding day!

Amazing- we had the best day celebrating at Redbank Barn.
We absolutely loved our experience with this wedding venue. The rural location in Hereford was exactly what we were looking for – peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. One of the things that really stood out to us was how everything was in one place, which made the day flow so smoothly and kept things stress-free for us and our guests. The bar next to the dancefloor is always a winner.
The outdoor ceremony area was just beautiful – it felt so special and intimate, surrounded by nature. We also really appreciated the flexibility of being able to choose our own suppliers, which meant we could make the day feel truly personal to us. Having the venue for the whole weekend was also huge bonus too – it gave us time to settle in, enjoy the build-up, and not feel rushed.

Magical!!!
From start to finish planning our wedding was made easy with Redbank. Sarah was always on hand to ask any questions that we may have had. She was always so quick to respond even late in the evening. The venue is stunning the proper rustic experience we were after. Camping on site for our guests was a great addition with many travelling far knowing they didn't have to worry about a hotel made it alot easier. Communication was superb, the staff were all lovely. It was a shame Sarah could not be there for the full day as she had another wedding but Nerys was great and did a great job overseeing the day. Everything run smoothly as planned. We were also offered an itinerary of items we could borrow for the day which also helped with cost. Our only complaint is that we cannot do the whole day day again. Thank you guys for everything xxx

Unforgettable!
We initially booked Redbank because we wanted a venue with a large capacity (around 200 for the whole day) and somewhere we could bring our own caterers. Redbank surpassed all our expectations from the get go! Not only did it have everything we were looking for, we were introduced to Sarah who helped coordinate our entire day from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much for Sarah, and she was such a source of reassurance and support during our relatively short (5 month) engagement. Sarah was so fun to work with and truly made our day go smoothly! I didn't feel stressed at all knowing Sarah was on board and made sure everything we had discussed went to plan. The whole of the Redbank barn team were also amazing, and lots of our guests mentioned how lovely, helpful and friendly all the staff were throughout the day! Couldn't recommend Redbank Barn more, even a whole day of rain didn't stop it being an incredible day to remember. Special thanks to Sarah for everything!

Phenomenon
We had the best experience working with Sarah and her team, we couldn't be more grateful for the having their support and understanding. She held meetings with us, reviewed everything discussed as she implemented them.. She was very patient with us, it shows her level of professionalism especially when planning a wedding which comes with plenty plenty challenges 😆. We are so grateful to use the Redbankevents for our wedding.

Had the most incredible wedding at Redbank Barn on Saturday the 10th August 2024.
Katie, our allocated wedding planner, went above and beyond to ensure planning was stress-free and everything went smoothly on the big day.
The venue is gorgeous and highly customisable, allowing us to decorate it exactly how we'd imagined, and including plenty of decorations within the cost of the venue.
All the staff were friendly and professional, ensuring our guests were well looked after.
Both us and our guests appreciated the flexibility of being able to camp on site until 2pm on the Sunday, and this added to the festival vibe we imagined.
Can't recommend enough if you're looking for a unique, affordable venue for a less traditional wedding.
