Had the most incredible wedding at Redbank Barn on Saturday the 10th August 2024.
Katie, our allocated wedding planner, went above and beyond to ensure planning was stress-free and everything went smoothly on the big day.
The venue is gorgeous and highly customisable, allowing us to decorate it exactly how we'd imagined, and including plenty of decorations within the cost of the venue.
All the staff were friendly and professional, ensuring our guests were well looked after.
Both us and our guests appreciated the flexibility of being able to camp on site until 2pm on the Sunday, and this added to the festival vibe we imagined.
Can't recommend enough if you're looking for a unique, affordable venue for a less traditional wedding.

From start to finish planning our wedding was made easy with Redbank. Sarah was always on hand to ask any questions that we may have had. She was always so quick to respond even late in the evening. The venue is stunning the proper rustic experience we were after. Camping on site for our guests was a great addition with many travelling far knowing they didn't have to worry about a hotel made it alot easier. Communication was superb, the staff were all lovely. It was a shame Sarah could not be there for the full day as she had another wedding but Nerys was great and did a great job overseeing the day. Everything run smoothly as planned. We were also offered an itinerary of items we could borrow for the day which also helped with cost. Our only complaint is that we cannot do the whole day day again. Thank you guys for everything xxx

We initially booked Redbank because we wanted a venue with a large capacity (around 200 for the whole day) and somewhere we could bring our own caterers. Redbank surpassed all our expectations from the get go! Not only did it have everything we were looking for, we were introduced to Sarah who helped coordinate our entire day from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much for Sarah, and she was such a source of reassurance and support during our relatively short (5 month) engagement. Sarah was so fun to work with and truly made our day go smoothly! I didn't feel stressed at all knowing Sarah was on board and made sure everything we had discussed went to plan. The whole of the Redbank barn team were also amazing, and lots of our guests mentioned how lovely, helpful and friendly all the staff were throughout the day! Couldn't recommend Redbank Barn more, even a whole day of rain didn't stop it being an incredible day to remember. Special thanks to Sarah for everything!

We had the best experience working with Sarah and her team, we couldn't be more grateful for the having their support and understanding. She held meetings with us, reviewed everything discussed as she implemented them.. She was very patient with us, it shows her level of professionalism especially when planning a wedding which comes with plenty plenty challenges 😆. We are so grateful to use the Redbankevents for our wedding.

We got married here at the end of July. Sarah from Redbank supported us from day 1, guiding us on what needed sorting and when, and giving recommendations for suppliers and what works well in the venue, but always following our lead and requirements.
We knew we wanted a relaxed wedding, and that's exactly what we had. Leading up to and on the day of the wedding, Sarah was always available and ensured we had an amazing day, taking control and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was a very hot day so Sarah suggested having the speeches outside, which worked so well.
We couldn't have asked for a better day, and Redbank was the perfect setting.

We knew the moment we walked into Redbank that we wanted to get married there, the location is so beautiful and there's just such a good vibe there - you know that you're in safe hands at Redbank. Our wedding coordinator was with us every step of the way, guiding us, advising us, supporting us - honestly she made the experience so much easier and always had the right answer to help us. Nothing felt too big or too small, no question felt too stupid for us wedding novices, and everything ran so perfectly on the big day. Another big bonus was that Redbank don't have supplier ties which meant we could really make our day our own.
Honestly we couldn't recommend Redbank enough. Please just go and book a viewing and you'll understand! It is stunning, but relaxed. The perfect place for a brilliant party, with calm and peaceful surroundings. The best thing about Redbank though is the staff, who went above and beyond at every step and made our day so special.

Ive always wanted a rustic barn wedding and Redbank Barn was the prefect venue for it. When we first viewed the venue we were told it was getting afew improvements and wow these improvements did not disappoint and clarified that we had made the best decision booking this venue.
Thankfully the sun was shining on our special day which made the gorgeous outdoor ceremony area look even more beautiful. The areas surrounding the venue are fantastic the kids loved running around in the open space. Just behind the venue is a cornfield and over the embankment is the river, where you can capture some magical moments. The barn itself was decorated perfectly just how I've always dreamt my wedding to look like. None of our guests had ever been to redbank barn and all of them said how amazing it was. Our wedding day ran like a dream, it was so relaxed, had plenty of laughter and way to many shots. We would like to say a huge thank you to sarah and the team for everything you did for us, we couldn’t of done it without you! Sarah especially you, you truly are the best wedding planner ever nothing was a problem and you loved listening to our ideas and what we wanted. So Thank you once again.

Well, where do we even begin? We had the most perfect day and it wouldn't have been as amazing without Redbank! From start to finish we received the most amazing and professional service.
Having plan our dream day with Katie who made sure everything was exactly how we wanted and that the day ran perfectly so we didn't have to do anything, she wanted the day to be OURS and she seen it through, all of the staff were amazing, running around for us making sure we had a drink in our hand to making sure we were having the best day and partying the night away (they know how to party)!!
If we could do it all again we would and we would choose Redbank all over again!

There isn't a single thing we would change of our day!

Katie and her team were amazing from the start right the way though, even after the wedding. Katie turned our crazy ideas into reality. Katie was brilliant with communicating with us throughout and was also there to answer questions and messages. Face to face meetings allowed us to see the vision come to life. Redbank is stunning and all the guests commented on what an incredible setting it was. Katie blended into the day incredible and was on hand for anything we need. Her attention to detail was second to none and her experiance allowed us to enjoy the planning and day itself with no stress.

There aren’t really the words to convey just how amazing Redbank is, more importantly, Sarah. From the minute we met, on a rather miserable February, we knew this would be our wedding venue, it’s the most beautifully, natural idyllic setting and we just so happened to have struck gold that it was Sarah that we met (not that the other Redbank team haven’t been amazing) and I feel I’ve made a friend for life.
Sarah has supported me through the most difficult time and I’ll never be able to thank her enough for this.
Sarah orchestrated the day without fault and made it the most magical of days, from picking flowers from her own garden for the tables to liaising with suppliers. Her attention to detail is spectacular and she just doesn’t miss a beat. I’d get married again, just so I could do it at Redbank.

My husband and I were tasked with planning our wedding from 7000 miles away with a 7 hour time difference. Luckily Redbank made this easy. Redbank to the untrained eye looks like a barn in a field but actually it is an exquisite venue with exceptional attention to detail.
If you think back to your time in school, remember the useless kids who were well meaning and enthusiastic but never did their homework and were just generally the bane of the teachers existence? That’s us, that is me and my husband and that long suffering teacher is the wonderful, beautiful, exceptional Katie, our wedding planner/Redbank liaison. When I first reached out to Redbank I was so disillusioned at the shady pricing of other places, all the hidden extras, that honestly we were about to give up, but when I got my reply from Katie basically saying this is our price and what it includes and here is a generalised spreadsheet of what you costs would be, just plug in your numbers we are very open, I nearly cried! I immediately replied and explained to Katie that we lived abroad and were generally finding everything overwhelming and we just wanted to turn up to a venue and say ‘one wedding, please’ and then they would make it happen, and that is pretty much what happened. If you are a future bride/groom who likes to micromanage everything, don’t worry, you still can, everything is possible at Redbank, they are so accommodating it is ridiculous! Katie has the patience of a saint, plus she never gave us the hard sell on anything but because of that we trusted her even more (trust is very important when you live so far away that you don’t visit the venue until the week before your wedding). Katie and the team were so accommodating, we had regular zoom meetings which occurred at all times of the day or night because of the time difference and it was never an issue, Katie kept us on track even when we were disorganised or forgetful, she kept our enthusiasm up and made our whole experience genuinely enjoyable (when most people would agree it's pretty stressful) and she set us homework of things we needed to do to keep everything moving forward. Katie is such a star that when we dropped the bomb that we were unexpectedly expecting and would need to postpone the wedding, she didn’t flap or stress, she congratulated us excitedly and said not to worry, she would contact every single vendor and get our date moved and she did. Legend.
The barn itself is beautiful, the surroundings are beautiful and the flexibility to have people camping makes everything so much more accessible. We were already in love with the barn but then it underwent some major upgrades which took it beyond amazing. On the day, I was completely blown away by how it looked, everyone was taken aback by how this unassuming barn in a field was actually a decadent and sophisticated wedding venue. It was truly beautiful. We actually felt a bit sorry for our friends who are getting married this year and next and have already booked elsewhere, they looked visibly gutted that they hadn’t snapped up Redbank, especially when we explained how little we spent, sorry guys!
The whole day was magical, it ran with military precision, but never felt stressy or rushed, the band (recommended by Katie) were amazing, the bar staff: incredible, the food (again, thanks Katie): amazing, Photo Booth (Thanks, Katie); Exceptional, Flowers (you guessed it, Katie): Stunning. The staff even helped to look after our baby so the guests could all enjoy the moment. Finally the reel she made after the event made me ugly cry; It was so beautiful. The service we received from Katie and the whole team was beyond exceptional, we are genuinely going to miss them and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a venue for anything in the future. We feel that we not only had a spectacular wedding but we have joined a family.
In conclusion, stop even considering other options, Redbank has it all and is honestly so much better value. The help, support and attention you will receive cannot be beaten by anyone else. Don’t think, just book. I promise you won’t regret it.

We absolutely loved our wedding day at Redbank Barn - such a beautiful location with the flexibility to put your own mark on it!

The staff at Redbank were great on the day and in the lead up to the wedding, especially Sarah! Nothing was too much and Sarah was a fantastic help on the day taking care of all the things throughout the day so we didn’t have to worry about the small things!

We would definitely recommend this venue to couples who would like a relaxed setting in beautiful countryside, and somewhere that encourages you to have a day unique to you!

Myself and my new wife Jo had our wedding reception and party at Redbank Barn in Hampton Bishop on the 5th of August 2023 following the ceremony in Hereford centre.

The day was absolutely amazing and the venue was perfect, the location, décor and staff were spot on and we could not be more grateful.

The lead up to our day was handled by Katie and the day covered by Elyse and both were fantastic, along with the supporting staff on the day.

From the first time we viewed the venue, we fell in love with the style and feel and knew it was going to be the centre of our wedding day and had the relaxed vibe we wanted.

All the decor was included which was excellent and having the venue for our use from the Friday to Sunday meant we could set up and take down without worrying and we had the room set up exactly as we wanted.

The venue had a great mix of inside and outside space and ample parking for our guests. We were lucky with the weather on our day and had periods of sun so our guests could spread out but if it does rain, the indoor space and areas of comfy seating mean you are not stuck!

We had an amazing day and it was in no small part to the team at Redbank Barn! Our day was perfect for us and this element only added to it.

Redbanks barn is the most beautiful place for a wedding party, we had the most fun and magical day and even had a little camping village which was fab as we had lots of guests from away. The whole team were incredibly helpful from start to finish and were great fun on the day - thankyou especially to Katie for keeping Jack and myself in check, especially after a few proaeccos and ensuring the day ran smoothly! We are incredibly grateful for the whole team at Redbanks and would highly recommend, especially if you’re wanting a party!
