Sam did a beautiful job of my make up. She did exactly what I asked for and gave me a lovely, natural look that really complimented my dress. Sam was so flexible, nothing was too much trouble and the make up lasted all day.

When I first spoke to Sam, she said "I do natural makeup so if that's not what you want then I'm not the MUA for you". I knew straight away that I had found the right person. Sam is so lovely and so experienced, she helped me through all of my dithering at the trial and gave so much advice about preparing for the wedding. My mum was really nervous about the idea of wearing makeup but after coming to my trial and meeting Sam, all her worries were gone. On the day, Sam was amazing. Everything was calm and we all looked incredible. My make up lasted all day, through all my tears, I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night, it still looked perfect. Sam made me feel like a princess for the day and I was so happy to have her as part of our day.

I'm so pleased I had Sam as my makeup artist for my wedding day. The service I had from booking and running up to the day was excellent. When I had my makeup trial I knew I was going to love my makeup on the day as I felt and looked amazing, what a lovely confidence boost it was.
I also had treatments leading up to the wedding day which were so easy to organise. The understanding and advice Sam gave me for my skin care was brilliant.

Sam made me and the bridal party feel relaxed during the getting ready process and it was such a lovely atmosphere working alongside my hair stylist.

None of the bridal party are big make up wearers so the brief was a little glam whilst people still looking and feeling like themselves. Sam was an absolute dream from the makeup trial to the wedding day itself. As someone who is clueless when it comes to make up, she made the whole process painless and walked me through each stage.
My make up was so stunning and really me!! She was the nicest person to get ready with on the morning of the wedding and made me and our mum's feel at ease (especially seeing as the grooms mum never wears make up!). When it came to planning my wedding, Sam was the first person I thought of. She had done the makeup for my sister's wedding a couple of years before and we had all been so pleased with her work.

I think work is a bit of an understatement of what Sam manages to achieve in the few hours you have with her before your wedding. Firstly, I am not a makeup person and never have been which made me worry I wouldn't feel myself on my special day. Well, how wrong was I!? Sam makes you feel so at ease from the trial all the way through to the moment she is waving you off to walk down the aisle.

Her makeup is impeccable and I genuinely felt so beautiful all day. Not a budge in the makeup even after many tears (of joy!).

She arrived early to get us all ready for our big day and honestly she is so lovely and bubbly, she carried us through the 5am wake up and helped us all get in the wedding mood. The pre-planning from Sam was great so no one felt rushed, we had enough time for her to spend on everyone working to each persons requirements and do finishing touches before we went out the door. Sam even kindly managed to get some lovely photos of me and my girls before we set off to the venue.

I could genuinely write paragraphs about Sam, her talent and warm spirit that make you feel at ease but just book her for your wedding and find out for yourself.

Sam did wedding make up for myself, bridesmaids and mother of the bride and mother of the groom and did an amazing job! Everyone's make up looked stunning and she took into account what each person wanted for their look and made it happen. She was there right until we left to check if anyone needed any top ups on their make up.

I had a make up trial the month before the wedding and was able to try different looks to find what I wanted for the day. If I didn't feel something was working Sam was happy to take it off and try something else. Her home salon is really relaxing, and she also gave me advice about looking after my skin in the lead up to the wedding which made a huge difference!
As I have pale skin as a redhead, Sam didn't have a foundation light enough for me at the time of my trial, but invited me back for a second foundation trial and had gone out to find a few foundations in the shade I needed and for us to try, which I really appreciated.

Sam also did my wedding nails the week before the wedding. She was really understanding when I forgot the appointment and was running late, and still managed to fit me in and get my nails and toenails ready for my big day.
The booking system she uses is really helpful for keeping track of your trials and getting in contact with her too.

My make up was perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Sam for doing such a wonderful job for my wedding!
