Wedding Catering in Hereford

We cannot thank Richard, Elly and Scarlett at Edesia enough for the incredible food and catering they provided for our wedding at Shucknall Court. From the very beginning, they were fantastic to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, worked with us to create a menu that felt personal to our day, and brought everything together into an amazing catering experience. The food on the wedding day was absolutely incredible. Every single one of our guests couldn’t speak highly enough of it — from the incredible flavours and quality to the incredibly generous portion sizes. The canapés were also a huge hit and were very well received by everyone. Edesia didn’t just cater for our wedding breakfast and canapés; they also provided a meal for us the night before the wedding and breakfast for our guests staying at Shucknall Court. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared and made the whole experience feel so effortless. It’s clear how much care, passion and thought Richard, Elly and Scarlett put into what they do. They have created such a fantastic catering service and experience, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding weekend so special — and for feeding everyone so incredibly well! We’ll definitely be recommending Edesia to anyone looking for exceptional wedding catering.

Catered for our wedding which was a garden reception at home. I cannot fault the service, staff were amazing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We, and all our guests, were very well looked after and the food was delicious! Every time our wedding is mentioned guests still rave about the food! Great service, amazing food, fabulous staff, the perfect choice in my opinion

The roast dinner was lovely, every part the meal from start to pudding to wedding cakes was gluten free. The brownie and ice-cream was fantastic

We always knew we would have some kind of bbq for our wedding at the shack. We’re big home bbq/smokers so everyone knows it ‘our’ type of food. Smokemasters didn’t disappoint. They’ve been great from the moment we cooked and everything was perfect!! Brisket was my fave but my son want me to get your recipe for the belly pork…please 😂😜 Thanks again for adding to our Epic day. You were PERFECT! Xx

The Cider Barn provided catering for a dinner for 20 people - we chose canapes which were served during a drinks reception followed by a seated dinner service. The food was excellent, everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it, and the chef Sophie and waiter Matthew were very friendly and professional. It was a joy to find the kitchen spotless after they had left with everything washed up and put away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again for another occasion. Thank you!
