Wedding Catering in Wales

Thank you so much for James and the team for providing the most delicious food at our wedding. We wanted a relaxed vibes so James suggested we have family platter style roast dinner, who knew that chicken could be so tasty and the beef melted in the mouth. James was mindful of us not over feeding guests and having food for to waste so advised us to go for 5 canapes per guest and not the 7 I originally enquired about Thank you so much for elevating our day with your gorgeous food

Penylan Pantry/the Cheese Pantry provided the cheese tower for our wedding. Their customer service was second to none and the cheese was yum and much commented on, all at an excellent price!

From the outset Guy and the team listened to what we wanted and tailored menus and the service to suit. They too a few last minute changes in their stride and made hassle-free gorgeous food look effortless. Really impressed.

We genuinely cannot recommend EPIC Catering highly enough. Our journey with EPIC really began with our tasting evening at Leigh Court Business Centre on 19th February. We arrived with a pretty good idea in our heads of what we wanted for our wedding breakfast, and after a fabulous evening of incredible food and brilliant service, we walked away knowing that our original choices were absolutely the right ones. Tasting food in a controlled setting is one thing, delivering that same quality and standard to a venue full of wedding guests is another entirely. EPIC absolutely delivered. The food on our wedding day was exceptional. The quality and presentation were every bit as good as we remembered from our tasting evening, and the consistency between the two was hugely impressive. We received so many lovely comments from our guests about the food, which was wonderful to hear. What stood out just as much, though, was the service. Throughout the day, the EPIC team were constantly checking in with us as the bride and groom, making sure we were happy, that everything was running as we hoped and that we had everything we needed. That level of care and attention meant so much to us and allowed us to simply enjoy our day knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. When you plan a wedding, you put so much trust into the suppliers you choose to bring everything together. EPIC completely justified that trust and played a huge part in making our day as special as it was. To any couples currently choosing a caterer for their big day, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend EPIC Catering. Pickled Pumpkin were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and helped make our wedding day so special. The food was incredible beautifully presented, full of flavour, and so many guests commented on how amazing everything tasted. Sue and the team were professional, friendly, and so easy to work with throughout the whole process. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they really helped everything run smoothly on the day. Their attention to detail and passion for what they do really stood out. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice and would recommend Pickled Pumpkin to anyone looking for outstanding wedding catering and service company. Our experience with Napier catering was brilliant from start to finish. We had excellent communication and updates to our quotes from Kathryn. Our tasting evening in the restaurant was incredible and the chef designed some desserts to suit our tastes. The canapés at our wedding were perfect as was the three course meal. We had so many compliments about our food from our guests and it really was as good as our restaurant tasting. The service throughout the day from the Napier team was excellent and everything was so smoothly run. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!

The first thing to say is how delicious the pizzas were! 10/10 for quality and taste. Secondly Origin Pizza were a dream to deal with and really attentive to our requests for the day. The Defender set up perfectly matched the relaxed feel of the day. Faultless service.

Strawberry Shortcake provided our wedding catering at Gileston Manor in May 2023. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start. Gwenno was great at communicating and responding to us, and Scott created a beautiful menu for us. We wanted something quite specific and not a standard wedding menu, and they approached it as if they relished the challenge and really enjoyed getting creative. We felt totally involved and listened to. The end result was outstanding. All of our guests commented that the canapes and the main wedding feast were delicious. A few of them said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. I would love to go back and eat it all over a again! We honestly can't recommend them enough. Thank you Strawberry Shortcake :)

Can't sing Alex's praises enough...fantastic communication, amazing offering of deliciously made hot and cold drinks for guests and which Alex generously offered our venue staff also. We love the beautiful, blue Citroen van and thought it complimented the Haybarn venue wonderfully well...most welcome back anytime :) with thanks

My husband and I are big sweets fans and wanted to offer this to our guests as part of our wedding. We met Ethan and Katie at a wedding fair and their enthusiasm and professionalism made us choose them They have a lot of choice of sweets but also offer crisps and popcorn (sweet and savoury). The stand is very nice and they printed a sign with our names to put on top decorated in the theme of our wedding. They served us for 3 hours and packed the rest of the sweets for us to take home. The children and adults alike loved it!
