2 x Jalapeño poppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in smoky pancetta (G.F)

The Bearded Salsa Bar - £3.50pp

A basket of lightly salted tortilla chips placed on the bar of the truck or nearby table for guests to help themselves to. These will be accompanied by a selection of homemade salsas and dips such as Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde, Avocado Crema, Mango and Black Bean Salsa, Brinjal Chutney & Sour Cream served with Jalapeños and Black Olives (G.F) (V)

The Main Event

Tacos (2 per guest) - £6pp

Each guest will receive two freshly prepared tacos with their choice of topping served on gluten free handmade corn tortillas.

You can select two options from the menu below, plus one vegetarian option. Please note that guests will be served two of the same tacos on the day. If you have any special diet requirements, please let us know and we will accommodate wherever possible.

The Pork-a-Cola (G.F)

Mexican slow braised pork shoulder served with roasted tomato salsa, fresh coriander and red onion

The Bahn-Miguel

Vietnamese BBQ pork, served with pickled carrot, cucumber and daikon, fresh chilies, coriander leaves, and sriracha mayo

Rage Against the Tagine (G.F)

Moroccan chicken & stone fruit tagine w/ carrot, almond & chickpea slaw, harissa yogurt & fresh coriander

Tikka Load Off (G.F)

Indian chicken tikka served with brinjal chutney and a toasted cumin and coriander yogurt sauce

Mexican spiced grilled steak, pico de gallo, avocado crema and fresh coriander

Classic British beer battered fish finger served with a rainbow slaw, mango habanero salsa, chipotle tartar sauce and fresh coriander

German Portobello mushroom schnitzel with Frankfurt green sauce and Wirtshaussalt salad

A Bit on the Side

Salad Buffet Bar (V) (G.F) - £5pp

In addition to the tacos guests can also be able to help themselves to our salad buffet station. This will include a homemade selection of the following: Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Mango and Black Bean Salad, Pesto Pasta Salad with Sundried Tomatoes, Chipotle and Apple Slaw & a Fresh Green Leafy salad with Heirloom Vegetables and crumbled Feta Cheese.

The Grand Finale
