Terrible Experience

Unfortunately our experience with Napier has not been positive. We had originally appointed Napier in early 2024 to cater for our wedding in June 2025. We had a good tasting with them in October 2024, but for various reasons decided to go with a different caterer as Napier weren't the right fit for us. Since December 2024, we have been trying to get the refundable element of our deposit back totalling £805. Following a long period of radio silence, Napier refused to refund what we are owed and have since failed to answer any emails or calls. Napier's radio silence continues to this day and we continue to be very disappointed / frustrated. Luke

Fantastic food and service!

Our experience with Napier catering was brilliant from start to finish. We had excellent communication and updates to our quotes from Kathryn. Our tasting evening in the restaurant was incredible and the chef designed some desserts to suit our tastes.
The canapés at our wedding were perfect as was the three course meal. We had so many compliments about our food from our guests and it really was as good as our restaurant tasting. The service throughout the day from the Napier team was excellent and everything was so smoothly run. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Expensive but worth it!

When we first received the valuation for Napier Catering, we did feel it was on the pricey side, however on seeing (and tasting) the food/drink on the day, we would say it was worth every penny! The quality was perfection and the service impeccable.
