Hi, I’m Dani from Bramble & Brie, a wedding catering team based in Edinburgh. We have handcrafted our mobile grazing cart to become a stunning centrepiece for your wedding. The cart allows guests to curate their own perfect plate, and we work with you to craft a bespoke menu tailored to your celebration.

We specialise in blending artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, crackers, breads, olives and more seasonal delights into stunning displays. Designed to impress, our cart turns every event into an unforgettable experience.

The cart is fully serviced for 1–2 hours, with me on-site to personally attend your guests, ensuring everything is beautifully presented and continuously replenished throughout service.

I set up, style, and host the cart experience so you can relax and enjoy your event while your guests are looked after. From first pour to final plate, everything is handled seamlessly and professionally.
