Weddings

Our approach to weddings is simple, but our planning and attention to detail is meticulous. We can simply handle your meal, or we can take care of everything from equipment, styling and staff to a fully stocked bar service.

Whether you’re dreaming of an elegant four course wedding breakfast or fancy a more informal celebration with all day grazing and a sunset barbecue, our team of experts will be on hand to help you design the perfect menu.

Planning

Your wedding planning journey kicks off with your consultation - not nearly as boring as it sounds. We’ll talk to you about who you are; what you ate on your first date; your favourite restaurants; memorable holidays. This means we can make recommendations that are actually relevant to you and your story, and help you create the food experience you’re looking for. We can do this over the phone, by email or in person over a coffee and a croissant - whatever option works best for you.

A Menu Designed Around You

You’ll find an extensive selection of delicious menus to choose from but if you have something different in mind, we’ll be delighted to create something bespoke, tailored to your exact requirements. Our dishes are always open to interpretation and we love bringing our couples’ ideas to life.

As standard, our wedding packages include a full menu tasting. This means that before you decide between the crab + chilli arancini, black truffle hasselback potatoes and the duck liver parfait, you can visit our kitchen and try them all first!

Your tasting also gives a chance to discuss more of the details, for example the look of a dish and how the whole menu works together, as well as how you envision the day going service wise. This makes sure we’re all on the same page, as well as allowing us the chance to all get to know each other a little better.

The Drinks

Sampling your drinks package is an equally important part of the tasting experience. We have partnered with Edinburgh wine specialists L’Art Du Vin to offer a selection of drinks packages, which catering to a range of tastes and budgets. Our tasting room also features a spritz bar and draught beer, with rotating guest kegs to enjoy.
