Fantastic oysters and ice breaker
We wanted to thank Ferran for joining us at the welcome party the night before our wedding. The oysters were fantastic and having him there really helped break the ice between the guests. It was a great mixer. It was such a success to have the Oysterman mingling with the guests and getting people to join in sampling the oysters.
We loved the whisky and Japanese ponzu sauces, as well as the simple lemon. I think everyone who had one or more loved them too. And there were some people who hadn’t had oysters before who tried and liked them. All together a great start to our wedding.
A great success, so thank you again. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the Oysterman again, and would be happy to recommend to anyone thinking of them for an event.
