I want to start with just how much I loved my wedding dress so I am really disappointed with leaving a 2 star review. I had 2 fittings following my order, the top half of the dress had some lace/netting detail with a corset hidden inside. I took along my MOH to the final fitting so she could check how to tie the corset correctly, she did this in front of Inna.

My wedding day came along, I asked my MOH to tie it a little looser to save room for dinner. I'd had my dress on for about 2/3 hours, when I turned to move the skirt of my dress and I heard a ripping sound. We checked the back of my dress and the lace/netting had ripped away from the dress, fortunately the rip was on the back and not the front, unfortunately the rip was still visible so I had to spend the rest of my day with an expensive broken dress.

The following day I contacted Darren and sent some close up images of the rip so they could see what happened. He said "we can see from the image the dress has been done up to tight". Darren then asked for images of me in the dress pre rip, post rip, wearing it in the evening, asking where my venue was, who my photographer was. He said my pictures were not very conclusive of where the picture was taken so I had to send the photo date and timestamps. I appreciate they need to check this but what I didn't appreciate was the way I was spoken to and the way I was made to feel.

Darren them admitted that Inna should have counselled me against tying the corset too tight (which it wasn't, it was looser than any of my fittings), he said he couldn't be certain that she had told me this and offered me a 25% refund which I accepted. I had a half hearted apology and it's never happened before. I told Darren that Inna did watch my MOH tie the dress and she never mentioned anything other than she had tied the dress correctly, his reply was Inna has a lot of customers and it's difficult for her to remember everything, she does her best. This shouldn't be an excuse, maybe she could have a system that holds customer notes or a checklist of things to advise brides on because weddings are a really special day for brides and each bride should receive the same level of customer service.

I'm disappointed to have to write this review. Inna's dresses are beautiful and I wouldn't want to put brides off buying dresses from here but I would say be cautious and if anything does go wrong make sure you get photographic evidence that can prove where you were when it went wrong

Do not recommend at all unfortunately!
I would not go here again or encourage anyonr else to.

Inna was amazing and so unbelievably helpful. I had been in a shop the day before and was very overwhelmed. I was told by that specific shop that I’d left it too late (this was 10 months before my wedding) and I felt really pressured to make a decision even though the dresses hadn’t wowed me. When I went to visit Inna, she insisted that I had more than enough time and there was no pressure. I tried on a few dresses and she let me know how I could customise them specifically. I then found the one. I absolutely loved it. The only thing that slightly put me off was the corset back. Inna changed the corset for me and had a hidden corset with button back. I loved it! I then asked for certain little bits to be changed and she done it every time. I had about 4 or 5 fittings until I got the perfect one.

I brought my flower girl dresses along to see if they were the right colour in comparison and Inna offered to customise the dresses with parts of my dress for a small price to which I agreed. She added the same tulle and some embellishments on and they were beautiful!

I cannot fault Inna. I am so grateful that I had the experience I had as I came in very overwhelmed by the whole experience and I left so happy. The dress was an absolute dream!

I booked Inna because she actually impressed me on my first appointment. She looks like she knows what she's doing and is a very lovely person.
In my case though, she really did fall short of all expectations.
She didn't take notes of my preferences and did not communicate with me before making permanent changes to my dress that I should have agreed to prior. Whatever you ask of her, she will say yes too quickly to, only to then make the dress her way, without asking you anything at all. She promises bespoke dresses that can be any colour you want, any design you choose, but then she only has this much material available and a limited colour range and she will end up using what she has, pretending that you never specified anything.
She also kept me waiting until less than two months from my wedding to even see my dress for the first time ever (first fitting). Darren said that this was normal, but mine was a bespoke dress so it required more time and fittings.
When I finally attended my first fitting, they made a mistake and gave me a different dress from what was decided. Inna thought I had asked for pockets, which I never had, which makes me think she had me mistaken with another client. The dress was completely finished, and again this was only my first fitting.
I had never even seen the lace samples as promised, so I was not expecting to see a totally random lace, permanently sewn least of all things. It makes you also nervous to say that something is wrong, as you think you're coming to try a model dress but you're met by the finished thing. It's really difficult to say something at that point.
I pointed this out in an email but I was met with a horrifying response, written by Darren, disagreeing with pretty much everything, gaslighting me even on the different whites used for skirt and top, something I had spent so much time explaining Inna before the dress was made. He said also that it was too late now to make changes, which if it was, was not my fault as I had ordered the dress with plenty of time.
When a business owner always wants to be right, they are not a good business.
A good business makes mistakes too, it's how they recover from them that really counts. If one values being right over doing right by the customer, they are doing a great disservice to both parties.
My dress was such a torture to follow in the making. It did turn out fine, but the craftsmanship was poor and I had to look out for every single detail until literally 2 days before the wedding. I was exhausted and so scared I was not going to have a dress. Then finally, it was finished.
The back opened on me during the course of the day and Inna also forgot to make my train foldable, which she had promised me over and over during our fittings. It was the one thing I forgot to remind her at the end and it did not get done.

If you already have booked this shop, please:
-Insist to always take notes for Inna and make copies for yourself as evidence EVERY single time you attend a fitting and something new is introduced;
-Ask in writing that you try on any bespoke designs BEFORE they are made permanent on your dress;
-Go to the fittings with pictures and notes you previously sent Inna, in case you need to prove that something has not been made following your specification;
-Make sure you keep a record of the promises Inna makes you (including how she says the dress will fall on you);
-Beware that your height is not included in the measurements taken for the "Bespoke dress", so it's an extra 200 on top of the price of the dress for your hem.

I am really sorry for this review but I am still very upset for how things went and I think for fairness the negative experiences must be shared.

Almost a year ago, I made an appointment with Inna at her bridal shop and it was the best decision I made. I tried on so many dresses - just to come back to the first one. But Inna was so patient and wonderful throughout the process! The dresses were all so equally stunning that it made it very difficult to choose! Ultimately I did, and I wore it at our wedding a few days ago. I had so many compliments and I felt like a princess. I couldn’t have done it without Inna and Darren. Thank you so much!!

This was my third and last dress shop I went to. The other two shops were okay, but this was exceptional. Inna is a wonderful consultant and nothing was a problem. I bought my dress in September and had my first fitting in January with another 4 fittings before my wedding. All the changes I wanted to make were done. The shop itself is brightly lit and I was never in a rush. Inna is such a lovely person and my favourite vendor I have worked with thoughout my process. Cannot recommend her enough.

I went to 14 dress shops in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire/London and would not recommend any of them above Inna Voronova Bridal.

Inna was so friendly and kind when I first visited the shop and didn't pressure me at all. I left but kept thinking about the dress I tried on when I visited the 13 other places! Inna's dresses are beautiful, detailed and unlike anything you'll find elsewhere. The other shops had similar (if not exactly the same) dresses as each other and they were all bought in from somewhere else, so I they could not answer intricate questions regarding different types of alterations.

Inna does her own dresses by hand and will understand the exact process of what can be added/changed about the dress. Hence, I went back to see if the one I loved could be altered in the way I wanted and she said no problem! She got it done so so quickly as well, I've been impressed about every step. Nothing was too much trouble and to add another incredible thing, the prices for the incredible sparkly ballgowns they have is a dream. I couldn't believe I got the perfect dress I wanted, unlike one anyone else will have and for a price, where I was going to be charged double at other shops for something no where near as special.

Trust me when I say that if you want a gorgeous, princess like dress at a great price with the expertise, go to Inna Voronova. Even if you just want to feel special and pop in and see what she has but not commit, they're incredibly welcoming and nothing has filled me with more relaxation when planning a wedding than knowing my dress came from here. Thank you so so much Inna, I will be forever recommending you to all my future bride to be friends!
