I have to say I wasn't sure what to expect, having been to another bridal boutique and left feeling deflated, this was totally the opposite.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at ease being greeted with a smile and welcomed with a very personal amd private experience.
We had the shop totally to ourselves, was freely allowed to pick any amount of dresses to try on and so many sizes available too.

I had my sister, my youngest daughter and even my eldest daughter on a phone call from Australia with me. Nothing was a hassle, nothing was too much.

We were offered a drink, accessories and shoes to try with each dress, their level of care and experience was outstanding. They mad eme feel like a queen.

The choice was incredible and they even picked a dress too. I came away with a giant smile, the feeling of being looked after and 'the dress' it was the one I walked past 3 times the 'wild card'
Gave me advice on alterations everything was transparent.

This was not just a shop or boutique it was an experience.

I thank them from the bottom of my heart. If you are considering going here I would highly recommend to anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dress Code Nine. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I never once felt pushed into making a decision. It truly felt like their only goal was to help me find a dress that I genuinely wanted. They are also one of the few shops I found that carry non-traditional styles, which was such a relief. I had been losing hope of finding a dress that was everything I wanted, and this was one of the last shops I visited before settling on something I only liked but didn’t love. I am so grateful I went, because I ended up finding the perfect dress that fits my style completely. I could not recommend them more!

I had found the veil I was looking for and was hoping to find someone local to order it from and came across Dress Code Nine.

Even though I was only after a veil having already found my dress they were so helpful and were more than happy to accommodate.

Their price was great too which was an added bonus! Lovely staff and very helpful via emails - would recommend!

All of the team at dress code nine Braintree were so helpful and efficient when it came to finding the perfect dress, they were all so helpful and kind and gave their honest opinion about different styles. The dress did take 6 months to be ordered in which is something to consider depending on how much time you have in planning your wedding 🙂
