Hayley is an experienced individual who graduated from the prestigious Delamar Academy, London. Since then, she has worked for Urban Retreat at Harrods, Marco Marco, Paul Mitchell, Browns, and many more. Her work has also featured in many magazines including Brides Magazine, DNA Australia, Tatler, Dorset Magazine, and more. As a freelance artist, Hayley loves to create one-of-a-kind styles that showcase her clients’ natural beauty.
Services Offered - make up, hair, skincare and haircare advice.
Most services by Hayley De Beers begin with skincare or haircare consultations. These are not mandatory but come recommended and are part of the package, so she can get your skin and hair looking its best before any makeup or styling is applied (she is not affialated with any brands, so don't worry - this is not a sales oppotunity!)
Hayley loves to hear about your ideas so she can combine them with her expertise for a beautiful overall style. She only uses top-of-the-range products (cruelty free, and vegan where possible) to ensure that you look stunning until bedtime... Some people even wear their make up and hair through the next day! On the day of your wedding or event, this artist comes to your location. This leaves you plenty of time relax and look forward to your special day, while spending time with your nearest and dearest.

What is included in the wedding package?
Bridal make up and hair includes all your products, lashes (if you want them), hair pins etc. I only use top quality products and try to use cruelty free and/or vegan where possible
How far in advance should I contact you?
Up to two years but I can sometimes help with short notice!
Do you work at homes?
Yes
What is the charge for travelling?
I usually charge an hourly rate for travel, as full costs are ever changing! If it’s a large group, some of this can be negotiated
What is your main business area?

Could you stay with the bride until the photo shoot?
Yes
How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
It depends on what each person would like, hair or make up wise, plus their hair length and thickness. I work very quickly, having done so much studio and session work so can do more than most!
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?
Yes
What are the forms of payment?
BACS is easier for me, but cash on the day is OK too, and usually easier for International clients. There will be a deposit to secure your date. Payment plans available

Hayley is just the best you can get, don’t look any further..
Hayley is such an exceptionally talented make up and hair artist and you truly cannot get any better; she is truly beautiful inside and out and her ability to make you feel wonderful absolutely shines through.
As someone with shorter hair and a specific vision on how I wanted to look, Hayley listened and went above and beyond to give me my dream bridal look. I didn’t want to look like every other bride and Hayley delivers your individualised look based on both your own wishes and what will work well on your skin and hair to create an incredible look.
On the day of my wedding, I had a bit of a crisis and Hayley was calm, compassionate and very patient which is just what I needed. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dreamy Hair & Makeup for my special day
Hayley did a fantastic job at my Hair & Makeup for my Wedding in North Devon. I took advantage of the pre-wedding trail appointment with her to discuss my requirements and try out our plans which wired really well.
Hayley knew exactly what kind of makeup suited my skin tone plus she incorporated some of my own so I could keep my lips topped up when she wasn’t around later throughout the day and evening.
I had a rather heavy veil which Hayley managed to secure very well and it all stayed in place perfectly.

I don’t know where to begin! Hayley is incredibly approachable, warm, kind, lovely person both in person and over the phone, and she was an absolute pleasure to have as a part of our day. She was very reassuring and helped me massively in deciding on my final look as I was never certain or sure what to go with. Hayley was incredibly flexible with my trial booking, as she travelled all the way to London from the South West and was able to work around my crazy shift work schedule.
Now to the actual day, she arrived early, kept me calm, chilled as the time ticked down, and even helped me put on my shoes (which was a bit of a struggle in my dress). The look itself on the day was amazing, I felt incredible and it was exactly what I wanted. Hayley worked an absolute miracle on my hair, it’s normally flat as anything and it stayed put all day. My bridal party that Hayley had done various hair and make up on were nothing but complimentary regarding her work, including my MiL, who normally hates having her make up done by another person as it never meets her expectation, but she had the opposite experience when having her makeup done by Hayley.

Exceptional!
Hayley was an absolute dream to work with! She instantly made us all feel comfortable and at ease, and she went above and beyond to make sure I and my bridal party felt beautiful and confident with our hair and makeup. Not only was she professional, but her warmth and friendliness truly made the morning so special. Communication was easy from start to finish, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Hayley enough, she’s incredible at what she does and such a joy to be around!

Such a beautiful natural look, loved it – Thank You!
I had such a great experience with Hayley! She was lovely, super friendly and professional. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment she arrived, and also made a lot of effort with my mum, speaking few words of French to her, which really helped making the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable.
She did a fantastic job with both my hair and makeup—exactly what I was hoping for. I felt like me but with this extra "je ne sais quoi". The groom certainly approved too!
I’d highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you again, Hayley for being part of our day and making me feel so confident and beautiful with a natural look!

Absolute Magic
I can’t quite put into words how incredible Hayley was throughout the whole process. From the first initial call, to the trial, and finally the spells she cast on both mine and my bridesmaids hair, and how incredible she made us all look.
From the outset, I knew my hair was going to be challenge. My hair notorious for being dead straight and no amount of hairspray, or curling equipment ever created waves or curls that didn’t fall out in half an hour. However, for my wedding day, I obviously decided I wished for curls 🤣 All I can say is that Hayley created pure magic on the day. Not only did she give me the wedding hair of my dreams it lasted in the blistering heat, even until the next morning. Absolutely incredible. As for my makeup, I’m not a massive heavy makeup up wearer but wanted to feel natural on the day while looking a little bit more glam than usual and boy did she deliver.
My bridesmaids looked absolutely beautiful. One of them had developed a dermatological issue on her scalp prior to the wedding and she was very apprehensive about what could be done with her hair. Hayley however liaised with her directly and put her at ease. On the day, once again, worked her magic and helped make my cousin feel and look incredible. To this day she still talks about how amazing Hayley helped make her feel with something she was so self conscious about.
Hayley was also incredible with helping my niece who is autistic and was struggling a bit in the morning with the whole process. She kept her calm and was able to do both her hair and make up and made her feel wonderful.

The Queen of Hair and Makeup
I wish Hayley could do my hair and makeup everyday!!!! My husband booked Hayley for me as a surprise for our wedding. Due to the distance and location we were getting married I was unable to have a trial so Hayley organised a consultation over the phone which absolutely terrified me but Hayley could not have made me feel more at ease. Hayley was available for any advice whenever I needed and when the wedding day arrived, she walked through the door and once again calmed my nerves. I have never felt so pretty, and most importantly still looked like myself. I would recommend Hayley a thousand times over. Not only is she magic with brushes and curlers but a beautiful person to be around

I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
Hayley was absolutely amazing! I’ve never been someone into hair or make up but she completely put me at ease! I was incredibly pleased with my hair and make up, and of the hair and make up of both my mum and bridesmaids too! Hayley fitted in with everyone and she felt like one of the family getting ready with us on the wedding day! She gave some great hints and tips for the future as well and helped us all be wedding ready from the trial session! She was incredibly quick to reply to my messages and I would whole heartedly recommend Hayley to anyone!

A perfect experience! Great for naturally curly hair.
Hayley was amazing and the perfect hair and makeup artist for my wedding. From first contact she was approachable and easy to talk to. She understood my hopes and ideas for my hair and make-up, as a girl who doesn't wear much makeup at all, and has very natural curly hair. She arranged a trial, and came to my house. She totally understood that curls can be fussy when touched, and worked so well with them to make sure they were all in their best form for the final look. On the day, she was a joy to have around and immediately put us all at ease. All four of the bridesmaids loved her, and she completely nailed their individual hair and makeup requests, as well as mine. She was so positive and complimentary, that she made us all feel amazing. She could not have done a better job- so thank you Hayley!

Perfect Wedding Hair and Makeup!
Hayley was absolutely wonderful! She did hair and makeup for me, my maid of honour and mother in law and did my mum's makeup too. Not only was she an absolute delight to have around she also made everyone look absolutely stunning and exactly how they wanted to look!
I was looking for someone who could work with my curly hair and not pile on loads of makeup as I don't generally wear much myself and Hayley absolutely understood the assignment. Thank you so much for making our perfect day even more perfect xx
