Niki is a truly excellent make up artist and I couldn’t have found anyone better for both of my wedding days. Her hair and make up skills are phenomenal, as are her interpersonal skills - she made everyone, from my eight year old niece to 76 year old mother, feel at ease, excited, and ready for the big days. We got married at Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire on 3 May 2025 and booked Nikki to do the hair and make-up for the bride, three bridesmaids and mother of the bride. Everyone was delighted with the end result, which Nikki and her assistant executed quickly and calmly on the day but it was thanks in no small part to meticulous planning on her part beforehand. The majority of the wedding party attended a trial run for both hair and make-up when Nikki made notes and took photos so that the big day itself was relaxed with everyone knowing what to expect. Nikki was professional and responsive in all our correspondence leading up to the booking which was so helpful and reassuring. We were all given a schedule before the day, with our respective time slots for hair and make-up and the whole morning ran to perfect time.

Everyone in the wedding party looked the best version of themselves and I’m sure the calm and relaxed atmosphere on the morning of the wedding was down to the vibe that Nikki brought. I would not hesitate to book Nikki again for professional hair and make-up again and have no hesitation in recommending her wedding services.

I couldn’t have been happier with my wedding day makeup! I don’t usually wear much makeup, and Niki understood that perfectly, keeping it natural while still making me feel extra special and glamorous. She really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully. I felt confident, comfortable, and still like myself, just the best version for such an important day. Highly recommend!

My biggest personal fear, was truly looking “beautiful” on my big day. As someone who has no talent in hair or make up, I was really relying on someone taking the reins and helping me figure out what would work best for me. Niki did not disappoint!
Her home studio is absolutely stunning. She is friendly, warm, professional and clearly extremely talented. I also feel very reasonably priced!
Communication with Niki was always spot on, I never had to worry. On the day, Niki was early, and kept to her timeline. Ever a calming presence on the day, she truly made me feel the best I could possibly look. My mum, who wanted to have natural make up, was also so chuffed with her results. I absolutely recommend Niki for both hair and make up for your big day. Mine, and the bridesmaids hair lasted all night, even with it being a warm and windy day, and our make up did brilliantly, considering all the tears! Thank you Niki for being so great!

Niki did the bridal hair and makeup of myself and my two bridesmaids recently and I couldn't recommend her enough. I found Niki really approachable, friendly, flexible and great at what she does!

I'm not big into heavy make-up up and was worried it would come across really 'put on' but Niki was really good at being able to not disguise my face - instead keeping its natural features. She was also able to work with brown skin tones brilliantly.

She was flexible and really professional with emails, too.

If you want a natural but pretty look I'd definitely recommend her!

Nikki is an amazing, very talented makeup and hair artist. She did an a brilliant job and was very responsive when I wanted things changed (e.g. asking for more hair to frame my face etc). She made my skin look flawless despite the fact i had a big spot and 4 hours of sleep the day before - would thoroughly recommend!

Niki was excellent from the trial to the wedding day. She is really easy to communicate and organise with. At the trail she was really lovely, listened to everything I said as well as my mum. I am not someone who wears a lot of makeup but Nikis makeup was so natural I still felt like myself!
On the wedding day she was very chilled, listened and chatted to all my bridemaids. My makeup on the day was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't have asked for anything better. She worked really well with our photographer and hair stylist.
I couldn't recommend Niki enough!!

From the first communication with Niki, she was friendly, professional and very helpful. I booked for Niki to do my make up and the make up of my bridal party on my wedding day having been told about what a good job she did for a friends wedding. During the make up trial she did a wonderful job and I left feeling amazing and knowing that I'd made the right choice for my big day. Niki gave me all the details of the make up products she had used during the trial, which I found so helpful. On the day itself Niki was warm and kind and my make up was exactly what I was hoping for. She also did a brilliant job with my bridesmaids and my mum. Niki was such a professional. We had a trail and listened to my requests - then with a change in what I wanted for the big day Niki adapted to my requests and did a fab job on my hair & makeup and a super job for my bridesmaids too. Niki is chatty & friendly making the trail less daunting and was slick & calm on the day!
