Alexandra Burke Plans To Get Fit For Her Wedding with Doga (That's Dog Yoga, Obviously!)
Alexandra Burke revealed in January that her partner Josh Ginnelly had popped the question just two days after the Strictly Come Dancing final.
Now she is spilling all the secrets on how she plans to get fit for her big day, including a bizarre new trend involving her three dogs.

Alexandra's revealed she plans to take up doga - dog yoya - with her canine pals Alfie, Prince and Teddy, as well as Pilates, brisk walking and HIIT training.
Doga was invented in 2012 and brings pooches into class with their owners to either be used as weights or to mimic the poses - it brings a whole new meaning to downward facing dog!

While she might have planned out her exercise regime, Alexandra admitted she was behind on her wedding planning.
"I haven’t even thought about the wedding yet! I’ll keep up
with my exercise regime because I’ve got a lot of work to do this year," she said.
The former X Factor winner lost two stone in 2016 with SlimFast and has been signed up for their new Wellbeing Walkies campaign so expect to see Alexandra pounding the pavement with her pets much more often.

She's currently keeping fit on the Strictly Come Dancing tour and will be hitting the road later in the year with her 'The Truth Is' tour so there'll be little time to fit in finding the perfect venue and dress.
But she has some sensible advice for brides-to-be who are worried about losing weight for their big day.
“I don’t think people should put a major pressure on
themselves. They should make sure they’re feeling their best within themselves.
“I work towards a cheat day. My cheat day is Sunday and that
for me is how I keep good in the week. I’ll have a big roast and whatever I
fancy to eat," she said.
Alexandra revealed that Josh had got down on one knee in Paris on December 18 with an Instagram post showing off her huge ring and 'I Said Yes!' written on her hand.

She wrote a heartfelt caption alongside the picture thanking
Joshua for supporting her following the death of her mother last year and told The Sun that working out six times a week had helped with her grief too.
“I think just staying active full stop makes me feel better. I do suffer with anxiety quite badly. It’s got better over the past
couple of years but sometimes it takes its toll and gets worse.
“Definitely working out, for me personally, is a big help
mentally. If I don’t work out I don’t feel like it will be a great day. I
always start my day with a workout, no matter where I am," she said.
Alexandra just missed out on the glitterball trophy on Strictly last year but she should have learned some excellent moves to crack out for her first dance!
