I'm Pauline, a wedding content creator based in Cheshire, and your go-to wedding content bestie for capturing the real, unscripted moments of your big day.
While you're getting ready, greeting guests, and soaking up every second, picking up your phone to record content just isn’t realistic, and that’s where I come in.
I’m not your official wedding videographer, I’m your behind-the-scenes wedding content creator, capturing candid, in-the-moment footage for Reels, TikToks, and social media.
That said, my package options are thoughtfully built so that if you don’t have a videographer on-site, you still won’t miss out on a wedding film keepsake. Depending on the collection you choose, your content can be curated into a longer-format wedding film (approximately 5–10 minutes) along with highlight edits, giving you a beautiful way to revisit your day from start to finish.
It’s the best of both worlds: modern, shareable content for today, and a meaningful film to treasure for years to come — especially for couples who want an alternative to traditional videograph

What does the wedding package include?
Each package includes a pre-wedding consult, tailored day-of coverage, unedited videos/images within 24–48 hrs, and highlight reels ready to share and relive
How far in advance should I contact you?
Weddings happen year-round and bookings fill up fast. Dates are first come, first served so if you're interested, be sure to inquire and secure your spot early
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
Yes
Can you travel?
Yes, based in Cheshire/Manchester, I cover all of the UK, including Scotland. Travel fees apply outside my area. International events may be possible depending on location
What is the charge for travelling?
Travel within Cheshire is included. Outside Cheshire, a small fee applies. For further locations, accommodation and transport costs may be added depending on distance
What kind of technology do you use?

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I capture real, candid moments using a phone and compact camera for a natural, behind-the-scenes feel, perfect for Reels, TikToks & Insta-ready content delivered fast

I use a high-quality smartphone, compact digital camera, gimbal, and tripod, perfect for capturing smooth, behind-the-scenes content ready for social media

Do you charge per hour or per event?

How do you charge extra time?
I have an hourly rate of £70 per hour over agreed event time
What are the forms of payment?
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. A £250 deposit secures your date, with the balance due 1 month before. Full payment is required for short-notice bookings
How do you work?
I’ll coordinate with your photo/video team, follow your content goals or shot list, and capture everything on phone + camera. Highlights in 24h, full content within 48h (based on package)

We couldn’t recommend Pauline at The Wedding Time Capsule highly enough.
From the outset, Pauline really listened. She took the time to understand what we wanted, was completely in tune with current wedding trends, and still delivered everything through her own distinctive and recognisable style. Nothing felt generic or formulaic. The result feels modern, intentional and timeless all at once. We've uploaded some of the photos but the joy is in the videos, check out their instagram. On the day itself, Pauline was exceptional. Calm, resilient, determined and utterly professional, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure nothing was missed. She adapted effortlessly when things changed, kept everything moving, and never lost sight of what mattered most to us. You could feel her commitment to getting it right, not just technically, but emotionally too.

Just wanted to say how much we appreciated Pauline being our wedding content creator. We hadn't really thought about having a content creator and as such we weren't really sure what to expect. She turned up on the day and just got on with her job. I hardly noticed she was there.
She gave us some very valuable advice on the day.
We are so pleased with the photo's and most importantly the video footage she did. It is such a lovely reminder of the day.
Pauline managed to capture the whole wedding in a few short minutes and put it to music.

Amazing content 🤩
Pauline attended our wedding at Iscoyd park In Shropshire last week! We booked her 2-3 days before the wedding as we hadn’t booked a videographer. This turned out to be the BEST decision we made! Pauline was discreet and professional and wasn’t afraid to propose ideas for different photo opportunities/locations & trends! Pauline captured our day beautifully and even captured the parts we missed! Within 24 hours after the wedding we had received highlights of the wedding in video form and within another day or two we had lots of coverage sent over, some edited and some not edited yet but it was sooo lovely to see the raw footage as well as the edited! So many emotions were brought back watching it all with my now husband🥹 I would highly recommend booking Pauline for your wedding, you will not be disappointed 🤍 Thank you Pauline! You really helped make our day very special xxx

The stars aligned 🌟🌟🌟
We literally feel so incredibly lucky to have found Pauline just less than 24 hours before the wedding and by some miracle she was available and willing to travel down to Liverpool on such short notice and create the most magical memories for us! Considering I messaged her initially at 1am, by 4am she had already taken it upon herself to create a detailed plan of all the shots, locations and trends she planned to cover on the day. She was so friendly and open with how things would work and despite being newer to the industry, worked with complete professionalism and to such high quality standards, the videos and reels we received the day after the wedding speak for themselves and I can't stop watching them on repeat! Our photographer and videographer were also so impressed with how easily our content creator fitted in and worked around them so respectfully, they were both so shocked that she hadn't been doing this for longer as she worked so well alongside them. Would recommend to everyone who asks to hire Pauline as it's a guaranteed way to have a friend on the day to look out for you and get such a fast turnaround on photos and videos so you can relive your big day whilst still in the wedding bubble 💕💕 my only regret is not discovering her sooner!

Lovely luxurious wedding content!
We hired Pauline for our civil ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. Everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you so much, Pauline! Ours was a small, intimate celebration, and having her there was just so incredibly helpful. She’s like the bridesmaid I never had. Always supportive, kind, and such a joy to work with.
On top of that, the content she created for us was unbelievable. I told her I wanted something elevated and editorial, and she really delivered beyond my expectations. Working with Pauline was such a breeze, she brought so much ease, calm, and good energy to what could’ve easily been a chaotic day.
