Oh my goodness… where do I even start?!

From the moment we arrived at Thornbridge Hall, we knew it was where we would get married. The venue is simply breathtaking. It’s incredibly beautiful, but what makes it even more special is the sheer number of stunning, completely different spaces you get to enjoy throughout your wedding day.

The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous. I had six bridesmaids, our mothers-in-law, my niece, hair and makeup, our photographer and videographer all in there with me while we got ready - and somehow, there was still plenty of room for everyone! It was the perfect space to start such a special day.

Meanwhile, the groomsmen got ready in the most incredible bar area, complete with a pool table and darts. It gave them the perfect place to relax, have some fun and enjoy the morning before the ceremony.

One of the things we loved about Thornbridge is just how much they can do for you in-house. They even have their own florist, who created all of our wedding flowers, bringing everything together beautifully and making the whole process so much easier.

We got married in The Great Hall, had our reception on the lawns, moved into the Carriage House for our wedding breakfast, and then headed down to the underground bar/club for the party.

It was just UNBELIEVABLE.

But as spectacular as Thornbridge itself is, what I really want to shout about is the people who work there.

The events team at Thornbridge are genuinely like nothing I have ever experienced. From the very first moment, they made the entire planning process feel completely seamless, and on the day itself, everything was absolute perfection.

I honestly cannot thank them enough.

Nothing - and I mean nothing - was ever too much trouble. Every single request was met with an enthusiastic “yes”, no matter how big, small or unusual it was. And that even included the in-house chef making us custom dog-faced biscuits as wedding favours!

That level of care, attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm is what makes Thornbridge so special. You never feel like you’re just another wedding - they make you feel like your day genuinely matters to them.
