The Perfect Day DOES Exist!
Not only is The Ravenswood a beautiful venue, but the details and organisation of the day were also spectacular. We have received no end of the highest praise for the food, the grounds, the staff and of course how the day flowed so perfectly! Natalie, our coordinator, was nothing but perfection - she ran our day amazingly and put our vision to life without a hitch! The staff were all so wonderful and polite and ran everything so efficiently. Thank you so much for literally giving us the perfect day and memories that will last a lifetime ❤️ -

We are so pleased we chose The Ravenswood for our wedding day. From day 1 the team were fantastic at answering our questions and getting back to us, and most emails were answered the same day as sending - fantastic for those pre-wedding nerves and to help avoid stress! On the day, the team couldn’t do enough for us and our guests, and many guests commented on how friendly, helpful and ‘on it’ the staff were. It was a smooth running machine which meant we could just enjoy our day and know everything and everyone was taken care of! Food was great, portion size amazing and dietary guests catered for beautifully. We were blessed with the weather and the grounds looked amazing. Evie our wedding coordinator was friendly and helpful and seems just as excited for us on our big day which was lovely. We would recommend the venue to anyone! -

Spring Wedding 🌸🌺
We came across Ravenswood when initially looking for a venue to get married. Straight away Ravenswood were quick to respond and book us in for a look around. It was the first venue we visited and we instantly knew we wanted to get married there, we loved the little castle and outdoor space and also the exterior and interior decor. From there onwards members of the team would check in regularly and send useful information over. Before the big day we met with Dawn, she was so reassuring and made us feel at ease the whole time. On the wedding day she was there whenever we needed anything and was always willing to help. We highly recommend Ravenswood as your venue!

I am happy to post this review as a form of thanks to all of the staff at Ravenswood, especially Katie Comber, our allocated wedding organiser.
All of the staff were so attentive and professional but as for Katie, she went over and beyond what i would have expected.
I must admit, as Father of the Bride, I did push the envelope with regards to requirements and needs but nothing was too much trouble for Katie and the team.
The venue is amazing and when coupled with a team of people determined to make "The Special Day" the best it can be, you will not be disappointed.

The Ravenswood will always be a special place for my wife and I, as it was home to the most memorable, spectacular and magical day of our lives.
Our wedding was unapologetically us, and Natalie and the team went way above and beyond to understand the brief and bring our vision to life.
They helped bring our Disney-style fairytale theme to life, not just by accessorising staff outfits with Mickey Mouse ears; but by things like accepting a delivery of and storing dry ice so we could have our genie/master of ceremonies appear in a cloud of smoke. This also involved getting in a special table and covering it in table cloths to hide him. There were a whole series of unusual last minute challenges that the team took in their stride.
Ours was the Ravenswood’s first 100% vegan wedding and they went above and beyond: not only did they put on entirely vegan lunch, dinner and breakfast, they went as far as researching and removing any non vegan options from the bar and ensuring that only plant based milks were available with coffee. As an ardent vegan it meant a lot to me that they the made sure there wasn’t an animal product in sight. Whether or not this is your thing, it should be evidence of the level they will go to to understand your individual needs and cater to them.
The only downside is that it’s not possible to have a rehearsal the day before and that the check out can be a little rushed. This is an understandable and inevitable result of a venue that is able to do a wedding every 24 hours, and the advantage is reflected in the very reasonable price point.
I did worry that with a wedding the day before and one the day after it might feel like a bit of a wedding factory / conveyer belt. However the day nevertheless felt deeply personal and special and the experience felt acutely tailored to us. The whole impressive operation does run like clockwork and we couldn’t have felt in more experienced, organised and capable hands.
Natalie, our coordinator, was a force of nature. Impeccably organised without ever showing stress. Always smiling and friendly whilst being professional to a point. Solutions orientated, creative, and really embraced all of our peculiarities as a challenge.
The grounds are beautiful and were perfect for the sort of magical/whimsical storytelling photos that brought our fairytale vision to life. We put our deposit down within minutes of our first visit and didn’t bother with even visiting the rest of our shortlist.
Our guests were thoroughly impressed and the whole day was a dream come true.

From the very beginning to the actual day, we felt we were in good hands. Always prompt in responses and our needs were met throughout. The actual day itself couldn't have gone any better, all the guests were forthcoming in praising the smoothness of the day and the quality of everything- food, staff, venue etc. Dawn, our co-ordinator, was integral in making our day enjoyable and more than we could've imagined it would be. We genuinely had the best day, so thank you to everyone at the Ravenswood!
