The perfect wedding day

The day ran like a dream thanks to the amazing staff. They made sure myself, my husband and all of our guests were well taking care of. Dawn our wedding coordinator made sure the day was stress free so we could just enjoy the day. The venue is breath taking and the care and attention put into our day by the staff made it the perfect wedding day

The best day of our lives ❤️

We had the best day from start to finish. Everything we dreamed of and more. They listened to every detail of what we wanted and went with it. They looked after us in more ways than one. I would recommend this venue to any couple who are looking for the perfect venue.

Simply the best Wedding Venue

Following our wedding earlier this month, we simply have to say thank you to Molly and the team at The Ravenswood. We work in the events industry, so were very picky when it came to vendors for our wedding, and we absolutely did not go wrong with this place. Its stunning to look at, with numerous well-thought out spaces for amazing photos and guest experiences, but in addition the team behind the space know exactly what they are doing. Always responsive, with a close attention to detail during the day, the team simply make your wedding magical. The food is superb, and plentiful. The onsite accommodation means the majority of guests can stay - we catered for over 100 guests and had about 60 stay, which is un-matched when you take in to account the gorgeous site. Our guests continue to rave about our day, and we couldn't have wished for anything more - well, actually, maybe just that we wish we could do it all over again! Exceptional

The communication is fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Natalie was another level.. she was amazing! Stunning venue. Our guests were blown away and kept asking us how we found this venue! The day went for too quickly to even have a chance to soak up all the amazing things they have to offer. You won’t be disappointed.

A simply amazing day!!! Can we do it again?

We got married on the 11th August and the whole day was wonderful. The lead up to the day was stress free, nothing was too much for the team. The time and dedication to our wedding was lovely to experience as I know other venues rush their couples or are not as accommodating. Our wedding coordinator Dawn deserves a HUGE shout out for being the best coordinator we could’ve ever wished for. There was a real personal touch to her involvement in our wedding - it was like having a friend helping plan your wedding with you. Aside from Dawn, there’s a real friendly vibe with the other coordinators and calling up the week before and saying “hi it’s George” and the person on the other end of the phone knowing it was me who was getting married on the 11th without introducing myself was honestly so lovely. They are a real friendly bunch. Also their presence on social media is brilliant as you get a real sense of day to day life and see the other couples getting married and how their day is going.

The day was fantastic, timings were great, food was piping hot and well cooked - everyone commented on how lovely the canapés were and also how tasty the wedding breakfast was; people commented on the quality of the meat and the tastiness of the veg and dauphinoise potato (which can sometimes be a bit bland but not at the Ravenswood). Rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bedding. Grounds are well maintained, and stunning!

It was great to also arrive at the venue and see all of our vision come to light, and Dawn being there to direct everyone and basically make the dream a reality.

The perfect venue

What to say….they gave us the most wonderful wedding day. It is a beautiful venue and the team there are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, from the moment we booked to them checking in with us after our big day. We would highly recommend The Ravenswood to any couples looking to book their special day.

Truly amazing and stress free.

From start to finish the team at The Ravenswood was perfect!
Molly, my wedding coordinator was truly amazing! She helped with all my big decisions and silly questions leading up the the big day and I can’t thank her enough. When I would be stressing about seating plans or what I need on the day she was there via email or phone to help me quickly and easily. She honestly made it seem like a walk in the park.
The staff at the ravenswood where all amazing too, I even had guests tell me on the day how brilliant they all were. When we ran out of a drink at one bar they topped it up from the other bar quickly and efficiently (redbull was a very popular drink 😅) to holding open doors as guests were walking by.
On the day of my wedding the team helped with all the little extras we had, such as name places, favours and confetti. I have originally planned for my husband and friend to help set up but Molly swept in and handled everything perfectly so the rest of the bridal party could relax and get ready for the day.
If you are considering The Ravenswood for your dream wedding just know you will be in very good hands.

Wedding of dreams!

We had the MOST fantastic wedding at The Ravenswood. I can't thank Katie (our wedding coordinator) enough for all the work she put in to making our day perfect, she really went above and beyond!! ❤️ We had the most amazing day, thanks to her and all the wonderful staff. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It was a magical day! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The perfect day

From start to finish the venue and the team were incredible. Naturally using various suppliers for different things we expected a blip (or two) on the day - but the entire day was perfect. Nat and the team really went above and beyond. The grounds and the venue itself is stunning so we have some BEAUTIFUL photos from our day - and I wish we could do it all over again!

Amazing wedding venue

From the moment we visited The Ravenswood I knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the building itself retains original features but has also been updated in a very sympathetic and tasteful way. We fell in love with the venue from the start. Our wedding day was perfect. Molly our co-ordinator could not have done more, she was simply amazing and everything looked magical and dream like. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how incredible the food and drinks were, as well as the breakfast the next day. Spot on! We had our 2 year old son with us, and several new born babies and Molly and the whole team couldn't have been more accommodating. I can't give The Ravenswood enough praise. I wish I could relive the day all over again. I will be forever grateful for the special day you gave us. Love, Nicola, James and little Nathan. xxxxx
