Blooming Green grow their own organic, seasonal flowers in the middle of a fruit farm in Kent. As well as providing beautiful bouquets, buttonholes and arrangements, the team will also alternatively allow you to pick your own flowers to take away and arrange yourself!
You can roam the farm picking out your favourite blooms, that will perfectly reflect the season you're getting married and add a personal touch to your day.
Fancy picking out your own flowers but feel a little daunted? Blooming Green Flowers offer flower arranging courses including a complete wedding flower course, allowing you to apply your new skills and creative flair to your big day blooms.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your help in making our experience of picking our own wedding flowers so enjoyable. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful and everyone said how amazing it looked, it really was perfect. Thanks again.
I really enjoyed the bouquet-making course - although I didn't make my own bouquet it gave us lots of ideas for the jugs, I think it paid off! Thanks again - I hope to make it down to one of your PYO/open days, and hopefully some more courses in the future!

Rustic, wild and informal is very much our style, though all of our flowers have been grown especially for cutting. Many are native species, so would be called ‘wild’ if growing in a meadow or verge. Others are classic garden flowers that are equally lovely and often nostalgic too…
Yes. Our flowers have been grown for cutting and, by picking them fresh and straight into water, they will last for your wedding day and for many days after. Unlike imported flowers which may be 2 weeks old, our flowers are picked 2-3 days before your wedding, then stood in water overnight, for optimum freshness.
We recommend picking your flowers a couple of days before your wedding day, so that they have time to stand in water overnight before being arranged. This also makes everything less of a rush and gives you more time for arranging.
Most of the flowers we grow cannot be bought from a wholesaler or high street florist, so they always stand out – for the right reasons. Our former brides often say that ‘everyone commented on the flowers’. Many of our flowers are scented too, making them especially memorable.
In nature, where there are flowers there is inevitable greenery. It makes the perfect backdrop too. Using masses of greenery and foliage instantly makes things look wild and natural. We grow a wide selection of foliage that you can pick or, why not ask family and friends if you can pick extra foliage from their gardens?
