Blooming Green was founded in 2007 by cousins Bek & Jen and has since grown into a happy team of staff and volunteers who, together, create the unique business that exists today. Established on an acre of ground, that was once a Bramley orchard, the company now grows flowers and foliage on various sites -- although the original flower plot at Loddington Farm is still at the heart of the business. Organic, ‘no-dig’ and what many people call their ‘happy place’... our flower plot is somewhere we love to share with our customers.
Services Offered
Blooming Green grow organic flowers in the middle of a fruit farm in Kent. As well as providing beautiful bouquets, buttonholes, aisle installations and centrepieces, the team also invites couples to pick their own flowers at the farm. This novel and personal pre-wedding activity is a chance for couples to savour every moment of their special journey. You can spend an afternoon in nature, selecting the flowers of your choice before creating your own original arrangements. Country Wedding Flowers
We were looking for a florist who shared our eco-conscious ethos so were over the moon when we found Blooming Green. They were really clear from the beginning, as to what it is they offer… and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Most importantly, the flowers were out of this world and loads of our guests remarked on them! They helped us make the most of our budget and suggested clever ways to make our flowers go further without skimping. Their informal, wild & natural vibe was perfect for our garden / marquee-style wedding — and was the ‘cherry on the cake’ of our big day. Thank you to the team at Blooming Green. British foliage and flowers for a Winter wedding
Jen and the Blooming Green team provided gorgeous British foliage and flowers for our Winter wedding in February 2024. The bouquets, button holes, table runners, and arrangements were fresh, natural and creative. Her team were highly responsive and easy to work with. 100% recommend!

We loved how Jen made our wedding come to life.
We wanted to have floristry that would be as environmentally conscious as possible, so what Blooming Green offers was exactly right. We also didn't have any strong feelings on how our flowers should look, apart from some purple flowers and a lot of foliage to go with our purple and green colour scheme, and wanting purple freesia in the buttonholes to commemorate Avi's late mother. The vased flower displays that Jen put together, full of wildflowers, looked gorgeous - and almost 3 months on they are still beautiful enough as they've dried that we still have a few of them on display around our house. We were also able to reuse the flowers in the ceremony room and on our chuppah (Jewish wedding canopy) for the dinner marquee later, which not only helped reduce the environmental impact but also saved us some money too. Thank you Jen for the beautiful work you do.

Blooming Green review
For my June 2024 wedding, I used Blooming Green for my flowers - and I am so glad I did! I used the Bespoke flower service which included bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, button holes, milk churns and a head table arrangement. I also picked my own flowers for the other table arrangements. Picking some of my own flowers was so special and a lovely activity to do a couple of days before the wedding. When I first approached Blooming Green, I was invited to a consultation which was really fun and helpful. I feel like the team really listened to what I wanted and the flowers were exactly what I was hoping for. I am so grateful for the service I was provided, and to have used such a wonderful business ran by amazing women.

Gorgeous flowers, lovely people
We had no idea what we wanted and BG were so helpful! We sent them colour palette, pictures of the venue etc and they sorted it all out for us.
We wanted to reuse flowers as much as possible between the ceremony and the breakfast and they were super accommodating with this. Someone remarked my bouquet was the most gorgeous bridal bouquet she’d ever seen!
We got hair flowers too and the portions(?) were super generous, there was more than enough.
The team who came to set up were so lovely and helpful. They’d put lots of thought into how to subtly differentiate the different types of flowers while also ensuring they all complemented each other and it was just gorgeous. Don’t delay, book now!

Absolutely beautiful flowers!
I had absolutely no idea what I wanted and Blooming Green couldn’t have been more helpful! The flowers I had were more beautiful than anything I could have imagined.

The most beautiful flowers
Having been to the Blooming Green flower fields before for a pick your own flowers session, I knew that I wanted my flowers to be from there for my wedding. I picked the mixed bright and they were absolutely perfect. They brightened up the whole day and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. The arrangements were lovely and the girls were so easy to organise everything with. There was no stress involved!

Beautiful wild flowers
We bought a beautiful flower garland, bouquets for the bridesmaids, button holes and 2 buckets of wild flowers with Blooming Green. They really tied together the look we were going for at our wedding. If you like the wild flowers look I would definitely go with Blooming Green. We found it so hard to find a florist that was flexible and this company truly listens to what you want💐

Pick your own wedding flowers
Really lovely company! Allowed me and my husband to pick our wedding flowers on a bank holiday sunday. (Had the whole place to ourselves). Beautiful bright flower selection. We made a date of it and it was really nice to take some time out to spend time one on one. Additional got a jar of fresh flower petals for the flower baskets , very fresh and lovely colours.

Amazing! Would definitely recommend.
Blooming Green were brilliant to work with for our May wedding - Jen was very quick at responding and clear from the start how it would work, noting that seasonal flowers meant we would meet with them to discuss our plans the same year as the wedding. We worked with Jen under a bespoke package and the flowers that decorated the venue were perfect, exactly what we’d been after and they managed the effect without the use of oasis! I was so happy when I was handed my bouquet, it was so beautiful and the flowers they had chosen complimented the colour scheme perfectly. During the planning process, our meeting with Jen was also very helpful, and they were so welcoming, it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

Stunning flowers
We chose Blooming Green as we wanted to use environmentally friendly UK-grown flowers for our wedding in London, and we would use them again. We chose their bespoke wedding flower option and they provided buttonholes, corsages, church flowers and reception venue flowers, and a floral dog collar, all of which looked stunning. They made sure to meet our request for no white flowers, accommodated last minute changes, and co-ordinated delivery directly with the church. We had so many guests comment on the flowers as they smelt amazing (something which we haven’t found with imported wedding flowers).

November Wedding - incredible
Jen and the team at blooming green have been amazing through the whole process of our wedding, with meetings and emails! I more or less left a lot of the choice up to them and wow they did not disappoint, every thing they made for my day was stunning! I would absolutely recommend :)
