We used Vine & Dine for our wedding day catering and they were AMAZING!! The whole process was super smooth, Stuart making us feel at ease and explaining everything from the start. They provide so many different options to suit your preference for the day, the food tasting was a great experience and the food was just as incredible on the actual day. The staff were attentive and friendly, and we had so many compliments from our guests!! Thank you guys! :-)

We just loved that whatever you said you wanted, vine & Dine would try and make it happen. Vine & Dine is the perfect balance of personal and professional. Nothing is to much trouble and the food was incredible. We have had so many comments on how lovely the food was. They catered to various Allergies and liquid diets for disabilities without any hesitation. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. And on the day we did not need to worry about a thing, they just took control of everything, we barely even knew they were there at certain points (changing around the room, putting out food/clearing up etc was seemless and didn't disrupt anything). Nothing was to much trouble and they just made our day perfect. Thank you, so so much!

The food and service were absolutely spectacular, and our guests are still raving about it! We honestly could not have picked a better catering company for our wedding on June 15th 2024! From day one when we were choosing our catering company, through to the meetings and up to the big day the communication was great and Stuarts help throughout was faultless, He basically organised the day for us and the Google worksheets app they put in place made organising and running the day so much easier. Nothing too big or little for Stuart or the team was an issue and they did everything with such happy faces, they were all good fun and we cannot recommend this team highly enough!!!

Vine and Dine catered our wedding in June 2024. Stuart, Flo and the rest of the team were amazing all day. We have had so many comments about the amazing taste and quality of the food all day. The staff did a great job at keeping everyone’s drinks topped up all day and were great behind the bar in the evening. Isla and Stuart’s communication through the planning process was amazing resulting in a very stress free wedding day for us. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Vine & Dine made our wedding day the best ever! The service was fantastic, Stuart made a great job of making everything run so smoothly and kept the atmosphere perfect throughout. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes changing each barn depending on what we were doing throughout and made it feel so relaxed!
The food was fabulous, all of our guests are still talking about it and they even coped with our impromptu dance session in between courses! The best part was the food tasted as good as our Wedding food trial, which was great! It was then followed by our own personalised cocktails which were perfect!
All of your staff were fantastic and the bar staff even joined in with the party! What a fantastic day thank you so much to Stuart and your team!

From our first meeting with the V&D team we were hugely impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail in the planning stages and hugely supportive and friendly team. Both the service and food was excellent, wide variety of choices and flexible throughout, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements, nothing was too much trouble at all. On our wedding day, we were thrilled with not only the food, but the service and atmosphere. A special mention to Isla, Flo and Stuart and the rest of the team for everything they did, and of course the chefs. All our guests commented on how delicious everything was from the canapes, wedding breakfast and evening food, plus personalised cocktails to get the party going! A huge thank you and I would highly recommend the V&D team, can't thank them enough!

Let's just say that if we lived closer to Buxted Inn, we'd go back to eat our wedding food all over again. Even before our first meeting with Vine and Dine, we were blown away by their professionalism. Stuart communicated with us via e-mail often, going over fine details and allowing us to make changes effortlessly. We met via Zoom before our tasting (which was delicious!) where they were able to accommodate dietary conditions easily. They had an incredibly professional response to allergy concerns too, which put our minds at ease for the big day, since I didn't want to end up looking like a puffer fish! We also found out after the fact that there were a couple guests who on the day needed adjustments made, and though it was very last minute, Stuart was able to make something work for them. The light bites we ordered in the evening were the perfect amount of refuelling we needed, couldn't recommend the fish and chip cones enough!

Vine and Dine really were the star of our wedding and planning process.
We looked at several caterers and their pricing was fair and inline with local competitors but their service is second to none.
From the initial enquiry and booking phase to the day, Stuart and the team couldn’t have done more to make sure everything was perfect and as we wanted it.

We worked with Stuart to create a bespoke menu, as we had something very specific in mind, and with the Chef, they came up with something beyond our expectations. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Beyond the food, Stuart was pivotal in the overall planning of our day. He helped plan the schedule and his expertise and experience was evident throughout, with ideas and thoughts on details that made everything run wonderfully.

The team on the day were lovely. Kind and polite throughout the day (from the relaxed reception to the rowdy party).

We got married in October 2023, at the Oak Barn in Frame Farm, we picked Vine and Dine as our caterer, the canapés were amazing and a great selection, our main meal we went for banquet style, chicken, salmon en croute, risotto and seasonal veg, each dish was delicious, served super quick by lovely, wait staff who were all so polite and professional.
Stuart was amazing! So accommodating of last minute changes and executed everything wonderfully. Stuart really helped us through the logistics of the day, went above and beyond in the planning and worked with us to create a menu that was of really high quality, his experience and advice was second to none.
He arrived early and checked in with me in the morning and really taking control of the whole process.
We had our tasting at the Buxted Inn, in the summer prior to the wedding and found it difficult to decide as each item on the menu was delicious.

Vine and dine did the amazing food for our wedding day last month. It did not disappoint! We didn't want a formal meal so went with their bbq style menu and so glad we did! All of our guests have said how amazing the food was and that they loved how different it was for a wedding. We then had sausage and bacon baps for the evening.
The team at vine and dine didn't just do the food, they did all the change overs in Furniture throughout the day. I'm so glad we found vine and dine and would highly recommend them.

When we first met Stuart and the team we were sure we were making a great choice! From the first meeting to the day it was all perfect, the food was amazing and they were absolutely fabulous dealing with all the allergy requirements, Everyone had an amazing day and they made the day perfect!

Vine and Dine catered for our wedding - Stuart, Tim and the team were absoloutely amazing. Delicious food, generous portion sizes, great bar service and cocktails, and excellent service throughout. Their communication, support, and flexibility in the run up to the big day were also top class. Would highly recommend as caterers!

We had an excellent experience with Stuart and the Vine and Dine team for our wedding. Our dinner was quite off-menu and they catered to our thinking brilliantly, giving steer where useful so that we had a meal that was just what we wanted. The actual food was delicious, and went down really well with guests.
Beyond the food, I cannot over-stress the energy, expertise and knowledge this team has and how helpful it was in the lead up to and on the day. They really helped to make sure the day worked seamlessly, so we felt zero stress on the day and could just enjoy ourselves.
