We had our wedding at The Kingscote Barn in June 2026 and we would recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate their big day!
Everything was perfect from the stunning views and venue, to the team that work at The Kingscote Barn who made everything so easy for us :) A special shoutout to our wedding coordinator Laura who we are so grateful for her time and energy throughout this process!

Kingscote Barn was an absolute dream to get married in. Right from the first viewing the team were warm, enthusiastic and really put us at ease, getting us excited for our special day. A huge thank you to Lynne for bringing everything together for us in such a friendly and calm (yet efficient!) way.
Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they gave fantastic advice. The venue itself is stunning and grounds just gorgeous. All of our guests commented on what an amazing venue it was and we had the most memorable day celebrating with all of our loved ones ❤️The Kingscote Barn's reply:

We had such a fantastic day celebrating our wedding at Kingscote Barn. From the moment of booking, communication with the team was fantastic. Our wedding co-ordinator Rosie was so personable and helped the seamless running of the day - we couldn’t fault it! The setting was stunning and we were so pleased we could get married outdoors by the Linhay. It was the best decision to book Kingscote Barn and have many happy memories of our day - we wish we could do it again!The Kingscote Barn's reply:

Kingscote Barn, Gloucestershire - Review
We had the most perfect wedding day at Kingscote Barn, it could honestly not have been any better.
The venue itself is stunning and surrounded by countryside making it so peaceful and beautiful. You could forgo any decorations and the venue would still be gorgeous as it sells itself. The team are always quick to respond to questions and go above and beyond to help make the day perfect. Our wedding co-ordinator was Lynne who was so attentive, caring and kind, she made the day completely stress free. We had a weekday wedding and went for the Wild Rose Package which we feel was fantastic value and allowed us to have all the extra bits and pieces that made our day more special such as games, firepit with marhsmellows etc.. We would recommend Kingscote 10000x over!The Kingscote Barn's reply:

We recently had our wedding at Kingscote Barn and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning and created the most beautiful setting for our day.

We had such an incredible day at Kingscote Barn, it was everything we hoped it would be and more! Mollie was our coordinator; she did such a wonderful job amazing sure our day ran smoothly so we could relax and enjoy, she was so friendly and we’re so happy we could have her as part of our day! The Adams wedding
Our wedding at Kingscote Barn was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the beautiful barn to the surrounding countryside, every corner felt magical and created the perfect backdrop for the most special day of our lives. The atmosphere was warm, romantic, and effortlessly elegant, and so many of our guests commented on how incredible the setting was.
A huge and heartfelt thank you goes to Lynne, our amazing wedding coordinator. Lynne was exceptional from start to finish, calm, kind, organised, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail meant everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The food deserves its own applause Epic Catering were absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and talked about by our guests all day and night. From start to finish, the service and quality were exceptional.
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more incredible team. Kingscote Barn will forever hold a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot recommend it along with Lynne and Epic Catering highly enough.The Kingscote Barn's reply:

From the moment we viewed the barn (our first and only choice!) it was stunning. The attentive staff created a cosy intimate atmosphere, instantly winning us over. Their communication throughout the process was impeccable, especially our coordinator Ashleigh. She was fantastic and incredibly grateful for her help before and on the day. No question was ever too much for them!
They’ve thought of everything from their online wedding planner section and supplier days to accommodation. I highly recommend this venue and the team.

We had our wedding at Kingscote barn in October and it was truly top notch! So many of our guests commented on how beautiful a setting it was - and of course we agree. We had just over 110 guests and it worked well - for the wedding breakfast there was enough space to sit everyone comfortably in the downstairs area only (they have a balcony for overflow if it's needed). We had nice enough weather to be able to use the reception room and outside for the drinks reception - but had it been poor we would have had enough space with the bar area also. Mollie was our coordinator and she was very clear with her communication and organisation in the build up, and on the day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! We had the most amazing day. Juliette our wedding organiser and Lee from Strawberry Fields catering worked closely together to ensure that everything went like clockwork. Juliette ran around all morning fetching and carrying, ensuring that everything and everyone was where they needed to be….. nothing was too much bother.
Lee was also amazing, getting us organised in the loveliest way and saw us through our day from start to finish, he was a delight.
Our photographer Vikki Kelly was amazing, instantly putting us at ease and going with our quirky requests. Our taster photos are beautiful, we are excited to see the rest.
Cotswold chairs helped to dress the room, the chairs looked beautiful and complimented our table displays.
We want to do it all over again, the wife has suggested we have our first anniversary party at Kingscote, it was so much fun.
We highly recommend this venue with its beautiful scenery, amazing accommodation and beautiful treehouse.
