We had the best day recently in October at Surrey National, every thing was perfect from the staff and there flexibility to the venue itself with is charm and beautiful setting. It made our day perfect, and Aimee and Jake were amazing, they were so accommodating and professional whilst making us feel so welcome. The food exceeded our expectations and we had so many compliments from our guests about both the venue and food. We are so grateful we were able to hist our wedding here, it was simply stunning and perfect.

Staff are great, very polite, professional and helpful anywhere they can be. This is very important and really helped to make our day run smoothly. Saw this venue in the summer; amazing panoramic view of the golf course, a balcony all guests can go out on, the view sells itself. If it had snowed in the winter it would look like an amazing winter wonderland view. We had a December wedding, which worked great with the high wooden beams in the fountain suite and its two fire places, gives it a cosy rustic charm. We also had fireworks in the evening - only low noise ones allowed- and all went out on the balcony at the end of the night. Bride and groom get to ride in the golf caddies down on to the golf course with their photographer for couple scenic pics. Car park is big but be aware that it is shared with golfers and car spaces directly outside the suite cannot be reserved for bride or groom neither, the 4/5 disabled bays for badge holders, its first come first serve. This was a concern since we had elderly and disabled family members, it worked out ok on the day, but risky. Only other thing to be aware of is there is only one male cubicle toilet and 2 female cubicles and one disabled toilet for up to 250 guests. Apart from that its a great venue, we had 200 guests and loved our day. Lots of people commented on it being a lovely venue too.

I fell in love with Surrey National as soon as I saw it online, and then when I went to view it in person I booked straight away! Stunning venue with stunning views. Aimee answered all of my questions and all of my emails and always put my mind at ease in the whole year and a half of planning and the lead up to the wedding.
On the day all of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made sure me and my husband were all ok throughout the day. It was the best day of my life and I am so thankful to the team at Surrey National for being a part of this! We will ne returning for dinner for our 1 year anniversary!

I would highly recommend surrey national! Aimee was amazing, answering my never ending questions, flexibility and professionalism. Jake was great and efficient and was there supporting us for the whole day for whatever we needed. My guests said how amazing the service and food was and how accommodating the staff were! They helped the day run smoothly. The rest of the staff were also outstanding at building a rapport with our guests and making it fun!

The venue itself isn’t like any other golf club, the big way window is a huge selling point. We got married on 31 degree day and the balcony positioning meant it was shaded enough for guests to enjoy the outside during cocktail hour without being too hot

The grounds are also stunning for photo ops!

Aimee is a professional event manager and we were carefully guided through the enquiry, booking and details stages. The budget for extras was clear and nothing was too much trouble including adding meal choices, arranging our own flower decor etc. Aimee gave helpful ideas about the timing of the day, use of the venue etc. The guests, groom and I all said the food was exceptionally tasty, hot and plentiful - thanks to the chefs and wait made for making our day so special! The guests loved the parking at the venue (including overnight). A big shout out to the DJ for keeping the dancefloor full all night 🙂 Could not recommend a meeting with Aimee and Jake highly enough

We can’t thank the team at Surrey National Golf Club, especially Aimee, enough for helping make our wedding day so perfect. In the weeks leading up to the big day, my husband was unexpectedly admitted to hospital (thankfully he’s okay now!), so it was a huge relief to know the venue had everything completely under control. Aimee’s calm presence, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference – especially when we had to make last-minute guest changes and adjustments to the plan.

Everything ran so smoothly on the day, and we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment.

We had the most amazing experience hosting our wedding reception with Surrey National Golf Course! Amy was an amazing wedding co-ordinator and made everything easy, fun and accommodated everything we asked for.

The package we got included everything food and drinks wise, event venue décor and a DJ! It was the best day ever and Amy and her colleague Jake were amazing on the day too.

We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Aimee was an incredible events manager! Calm, flexible and responsive and the whole team on the day could not have been more helpful.

We had loads of the inevitable changes to our guests and menus etc and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. A real highlight was taking the golf buggies out for couples photos on the green which gave us some really valuable time together! Surrey National really captured everything we wanted for our wedding :)

We had our wedding here last month and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue! The venue itself is beautiful inside and out, we fell in love with it the minute we saw it! Charlotte was super helpful and amazing throughout the whole planning process. Whenever I had questions, and there were many, she would always respond. On the day, Ciaran and his team were really great, and the guests couldn’t stop raving about the food! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a wedding or a party!

We’d seen quite a few venues (including some very established names) to make sure everything is grand on the day, and when we entered Surrey National we knew this was the one and paid the deposit there and then. Charlotte was great throughout, from the day itself to the food tasting/ wedding fair and further meetings answering probably hundreds of our questions and being super flexible, even days leading up to the event! Honestly it was the best decision we made and our guests were left speechless. Cost was very good compared to other venues, the drive from the road surreal, the views incredible and the space itself huge so we could fill it with lots and lots of entertainment and cute decorations - our guests could not have been more spoiled! Beautiful dance floor and impeccable food service and taste, amazing recommendations with regards to the placement of the tables, absolutely loved every bit of it. We went for Surrey National as it suited our vision and our budget, and the need for dry hire venue (as we knew who we wanted to cater our wedding!).

The events manager changed between us booking the venue and having our wedding, but the team as Surrey National were very supportive in helping us execute our wedding.

As this was a dry hire, I cannot comment on the events planning offered by the venue. We did use the bar for the day and the bar managers and staff were excellent (Thank you Frankie, Shona, Sarah and Team!)

This is a very beautiful venue. It’s a bit remote but the venue team are helpful with all queries you may have on holding your wedding here.

All our guests loved the venue styling and layout - although I will say that the use of the space was a big success due to my decorator (Ambiance Venue Styling Kingston) and my wedding planner (Donna Winning Events).

We had originally booked our pre-wedding party at Surrey National for May 2020, thanks to Covid it became our wedding reception in Aug 2021.
Surrey National were nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone we meet, even the golfers, were so warm and welcoming. Louise and Vali are absolute superstars and are worth their weight in gold and more! They both made everything so easy in during one of the most stressful but a vitally important step of mine and my husband relationship which fell during the pandemic. The venue itself speaks for itself and believe me when I say no photos do it justice, it is absolutely breath-taking.
We opted for the BBQ buffet, in room full of 100+ people, we did not have one complaint. Surrey National were amazingly easy with all dietary requirements even when they had to be changed a month before the event.

We had our wedding reception at Surrey National Gold club on 25th May and we just want to say a massive thank you to Louise & Vali for making our day run so smoothly. Louise was very helpful with all the questions we had over the 12 months leading up to our wedding, meeting with us on numerous occasions and made us feel really comfortable from the offset. On the week leading up to our wedding we met Vali who was also very friendly and accommodating, helping to ensure we had everything sorted before our big day. On the actual day he did an amazing job of ensuring all our guests were happy, we had a couple of last minute seat changes we had to make and he sorted it straight away, among other extra things I'd asked for last minute. Nothing was too much for Vali, I don't know how he did it with 3 weddings over the same weekend! The food was lovely and we really were so pleased with the service us and our guests received. Surrey National was the first venue we looked at among a handful when looking for where to have our wedding reception and it was 100% the best choice. We highly recommend Surrey national as a venue for a wedding or other events!

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Surrey National on 26th May and were so impressed with the service we received. We would like to say thank you in particular to Louise and Vali, who helped to make the day run so smoothly and were so accommodating to all the requests and questions we had. We chose Surrey National because we loved the fountain suite as a big space for all of our guests and the scenery around the golf course was stunning for pictures. The food on the day was excellent, several of our guests have mentioned how amazing the cheesecake was in particular! Vali did a great job of running the day and ensuring that we and our guests were happy and having a great day.
We viewed a lot of wedding venues and are so pleased that we chose Surrey National for our big day. We felt that our wedding was in good hands throughout the whole planning process and we had the best day when it finally came around. We would definitely recommend Surrey National to anybody looking for a perfect venue for their wedding.
