I can recommend Stanhill Court Hotel as a wedding venue from the bottom of my heart. From the day we signed up until the last minute of the wedding, everything was absolutely smooth and the way we wanted it. Our wedding coordinator was Louise, and she was always in touch, always arranging for all our needs and answering all our questions. On the day her team performed fantastically, they were professional and flexible. It was totally the best day ever.
The location is unique and has character; at the same time, all the hotel amenities are contemporary and clean. Our guests complimented the size of the rooms and how comfortable the beds were.
The food was amazing. The service was amazing. If I could, I'd love to live through that day again :)

We could not have been more pleased that we arranged for our wedding reception to be held at Stanhill Court. The venue was perfect, the food and service excellent and the organisation first class. Special thanks to Louise the Events Manager for whom nothing was too much trouble and made the whole experience so pleasurable. All our guests commented on what a marvellous venue it was and how much they enjoyed it. We would certainly recommend Stanhill Court to anybody looking for a top notch wedding venue.

From start to finish, everything was perfect! The team at Stanhill Court Hotel made the whole process easy and stress free. Our coordinator, Jackie, made sure that every detail was covered so on the day, we could just relax and enjoy. Every member of the team was friendly and professional, from the staff welcoming us at reception to the chefs and waiters serving our food. Speaking of the food, our guests wouldn't stop talking about how delicious it all was, including the hotel breakfast and canapés. The getting ready room and bridal suite were stunning rooms which had plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready in. We can't fault our experience at Stanhill Court and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book a wedding.

I can’t fault Stanhill Courts team at all. The whole team were fantastic, very attentive to our needs the whole way through our journey and we feel lucky to have had our wedding there. Our wedding co-ordinator Louise could not do enough to help from all the preparation meetings where planning can be overwhelming we were put completely at ease, to being there throughout our day ensuring the day went smoothly. The waiter and bar staff were fantastic, the food looked and tasted amazing we throughly enjoyed our day.
The hotel has a nice family feel to it, you have a few indoor options plus outdoor options for your ceremony and if you get rain (as we did) there are lots of nice indoor photo opportunities with plenty of outdoor photo opportunities. The rooms were comfy and clean with everything needed throughout your stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

The whole team at Stanhill really gave us the best day of our lives. From the moment we booked to the big day itself we always felt valued, listened to, and given the highest level of service.

The whole team from our wonder wedding planner to the fantastic staff meant that we were never stressed and could enjoy our day to the maximum.

The venue itself was so idyllic, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the grounds created to perfect setting for our outdoor ceremony.

The food was very high quality, from the canapés to the wedding breakfast to the late night bites. Paired with excellent food service from well organised and helpful staff, this only heightened our overall experience.

We couldn't recommend Stanhill enough and are still so grateful to the amazing team for giving us the perfect day.

We had our beautiful day at Stanhill Court on 3 May. Stanhill was the first venue we saw and no other venue compared to it after we had seen it. Jackie was our wedding coordinator and she was one of the many reasons we selected Stanhill. Jackie was amazing - she was so warm and welcoming, she went above and beyond for us on our special day and the lead up to it. Jackie is very organised and ensures all the little details were taken care of. The venue is absolutely stunning and we were fortunate enough with the weather to have been able to have our ceremony in the Ampitheatre (another amazing selling point for this venue). The entire grounds are very picturesque and our guests fell in love with it as much as we did. All the staff there were so friendly and incredible from start to end; the food was delicious and they catered for all our guests intolerances and dietary requirements with ease. I honestly couldn’t recommend this special venue enough. It is a must-book!! Thank you to everyone at Stanhill for our day and a special thank you to Jackie. We are very much looking forward to our complimentary one year anniversary stay!

Our wedding day was absolutely everything we could have imagined and more. The food was exceptional, the service on the day, the professionalism and organisation of the staff was simply perfect. All our guests commented on how wonderful it was, how beautiful the grounds are and so on. Jackie was fantastic in the lead up and super helpful on the day. From start to finish we can not thank the staff at Stanhill Court Hotel Wedding Venue enough. We pre booked the wedding venue 2 yrs to the big day as we were both so impressed with the venue. The months leading to the big day we were kept informed of the plans and schedules, we were never felt nothing was a problem which put us all at ease. The wedding planner Jackie was a big part of this as she goes above and beyond for the wedding party and is a huge credit to Stanhill Court we can’t thank her enough. As for the big day everything was accounted for and couldn’t have gone any better. The food was amazing , staff pleasant and always on hand. The rooms are spacious and clean for guests, everyone enjoyed themselves would highly recommend this venue. Thank you again.

I could not recommend this venue highly enough. From the moment we looked round we knew it was the place for us. Not just because it's stunning, but because we felt so welcome and comfortable. All the staff work tirelessly to ensure your experience from start to finish meets all your expectations.
The wedding planning kept me feeling organised and on track. Jackie, our wedding co-ordinator was just amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The food tasting was a lovely experience by chief, Richard. The food was the best with the crepe cart an added bonus.
I can honestly say being able to stay the night before with my maid of honor, meant I was completely chilled in the morning. The breakfast was a delight too.
The day couldn't of gone any better. We wanted our friends and families to have the best time, which they certainly did. The grounds, with games for the children, meant everyone could relax with the children occupied.
All our guests were so complementary about the venue, staff, food, rooms. Thank you for giving us our dream wedding.

Could not recommend this place enough! Jackie our wedding coordinator was amazing from start to finish nothing was too much for her and she is just a lovely women to speak to. The food was amazing the whole day, We had lots of compliments from our guests. The venue is generally just beautiful. I cant thank the staff here enough for everything they did for our day it was just perfect.

The hotel is a lovely, picturesque building. The bedrooms are lovely with some gorgeous high ceilings, and views over the south downs are stunning. We chose to get married in the Amphitheatre, which was beautiful and our guests loved it.
Stanhill Court Hotel is very convenient for those needing to be close to Gatwick Airpirt (10 min drive away), but it still feels like it's in the middle of the English countryside. It is peaceful and quiet, and it was a beautiful back drop for our wedding.
The staff at the hotel were courteous and professional, nothing was too much trouble, and they were very accommodating of our guests. In particular Tine & Bala were very conscientious, had good eye for detail, and ensured that us and our guests had everything that we needed for our wedding weekend.
A very special mention to Jackie Dixon, our wedding coordinator, who in our eyes was one of the very best parts about having our wedding at Stanhill Court Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. She worked incredibly hard to ensure that our day was as we wanted it, and that it ran without any hiccups. She toom a huge amount of stress away from us during the wedding, so we were free to enjoy our day with our friends and family. Jackie is exceptionally professional, efficient and thorough. She liaised with all of our wedding vendors to ensure that they knew what was expected of them on the day and coordinated their arrival. Thank you also to Noelle, who spent the day working alongside Jackie to help run our wedding, she was also friendly and professional, and had a keen eye for detail.
The food at Stanhill Court Hotel was delicious and well presented. We had a BBQ at Stanhill Court Hotel the evening prior to our wedding for our guests. The BBQ food provided was incredibly tasty. There was a great variety of food with several different meat, veg and salad options followed by some lovely cheesecakes. Lots of our guests cemented on how much they enjoyed the BBQ food.
One of our biggest concerns about our wedding weekend was catering to our guests' many dietary requirements. Jackie Dixon understood how important this was to us, and worked with the chef to ensure that everyone was catered forwith delicious food, in spite of the many different diets.

When our wedding weekend was over, as a surprise, Jackie kindly invited us both to stay for lunch, on-the-house, as their wedding gift to us. This was a very l9vely way to end our wedding weekend at Stanhill Court Hotel.

We got married at Stanhill Court May 30th 2024. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jackie our wedding co-ordinator was so helpful and answered every question we had in the lead up. Jackie made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with, although we know she had many others! The wedding package was such good value in this present climate and the venue was just stunning!! We never felt pressured to spend money and Jackie actually advised us where we could save money etc the staff on the day itself were so wonderful, friendly and everything was taken care of due to them knowing exactly what we wanted for our day! We get so emotional leaving Stanhill the next day. It was a dream come true!!

Not much more I can say than wow. We booked Stanhill Court 2.5 years in advance, and the service from that day to now has been amazing. Jackie our wedding co-ordinator was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable and the day went off without any issues at all. The venue is beautiful, staff were amazing and really helpful, our day was perfect
